I'll give you the short version.
Take the Mo/D 55 build. Shield of Judgement is the primary offense. You'll need Shield of Absorption to stay alive, aside from the usual Protective Spirit and Mystic Regeneration.

The trick is to go at the start to where Oink is (the pig) and get behind that house next to him. There is a Hellhound at the bottom of the cliff, and a few ghouls spawn if you get too close to him.
Aggro the hound and drag him up the hill.... then kill him some distance up from where he was originally loitering. As soon as he dies, a HUGE swarm of undead will converge on that point at the bottom of the hill.
Wait for your skills to recharge.... then run down and activate the key four (Protective Spirit, Mystic Regen, Shield of Absorption and Shield of Judgement). By the time Shield of Absorption runs out, the AoE scatter effect from Shield of Judgement should have reduced the number of enemies wailing on you directly to just three. Attack one of them to keep it by you and keep all of the aforementioned skills up to keep yourself alive.
I recommend killing the hounds first as the Ghouls can heal themselves for every condition on you, which makes it awkward if the Hounds are keeping you Bleeding.

When Shield of Judgement has destroyed the entire undead hoarde, there should be a fairly substantial pile of loot left behind (with a distinct possibility of Sephis Axes and Dead Bows, though both the 15^50 Gold Sephis I've got have been Req.13).
Either just pick up all that loot and start again, or you can continue onward from one undead group to the next to stave off the boredom and start again once you've beaten the boss around the corner from the swampy bit.

Does that explain it?

As for my favourite spots.... I kinda like the Ancient Kappa in Maishang Hills outside Gyala Hatchery. I kill those with my 55/SV Necro. For some reason my Monk just can't seem to do it as well. The reason I like farming those is the ease of it, the Elemental Tomes, Colossal Picks, Jade Swords and Kappa Shields that result. The money is good too.
