Drops have been good for me along that route.

There are many areas in Istan that have corsairs - unfortunately, I don't know atm what the cardinal directions are - but if you continue in zehlon to the right when you zone in from the Astralarium, go past all of the scales and there are groups of corsairs past the bounty npc - near the ships.

Another place which is a bit harder in HM because the levels are 25 instead of 23 elsewhere on Istan, is Mehtani Keys. When you zone in run straight ahead, try to stay in the water so you don't spawn the mandragors (possible ench strippers), and continue past the large scale mobs - with timing it right you can run all the way to the corsair bounty without aggroing a mob. Once there, there is a huge mob of corsairs - just be careful, the wizards can strip enchantments. Typically, the large mob splits in two and you can pull the first to behind the large rock. Depending on the spawn you can finish them all off and there is even a treasure chest there if you haven't already gotten it.

As a sidenote, the cutthroats and thugs (both warriors) aren't the only ones to drop the colossals..a raider dropped one for me just recently. I've attached a pic of the drops from the best short run I've had yet in the first area of Zehlon outside the Astralarium.
thanks so much! i know both of those places, but you;ve just attached the "how" to the "where". i use the vwk rt/me(imo that ubiquitous mo/d is godawful), so i may need to tweek to make mine usable.

1. I'm fairly sure that he was implying those were from a single run, and not from an hour of work.

2. The Turai's Procession yields closer to an average of 3-4 golds a run. Even if you do the run in exactly six minutes, which is pushing it even for Rt / R, LB: 8, you aren't making 80 golds an hour. And since you're probably doing closer to eight runs (maybe nine) an hour, you're making closer to 30-35 golds an hour. It's a good run, but it's not that good.

3. Warriors aren't the only creatures that can drop swords. For example, the Margonite Seers from the Turai's Procession run can drop Embossed Scythes and Fellblades, and the Margonite Executioners actually lack a meaningful drop table; I'd bet 80% of all drops from that run are from Seers and Clerics, 15% are from Dervishes and maybe 5% are from the Executioners.

A lot of the profit rates in this thread are really inflated, I don't think people actually watch the frequency of what drops and how much cash they make. It's kind of like the fishing tale and the fish that grows ever larger.

Spot on Sun Fired

I had a silverwing bow from the chest frostmaws dungeon once the whole dungeon took less than an hour, so I suppose I should say my farming is 100k + 25e in an hour lol

What ppl fail to realise is that when others asking about farming it the average run you have not the one off run where you actually manage to get a good drop or two

I would imagine most farming runs avg between 10k - 30k max per hour even in the best farming spots

smokestack - that may have been one of the runs where i went afk for a few seconds after recharging all of my protection - sometimes that gives me a couple of seconds...anyway, the reason for 85hp is because after i rez'ed i carry the -20hp off-hand which gives me 13hp with a -15dp....after i killed a bunch of that mob my dp went away but i didn't replace the focus with my regular -50hp one, hence the additional 30hp....

no i really ment that and ill tell you why. The drops of this run vary from 2 luxon pendants to sup vigors+sin tomes+elite sin tome and black dyes. with my best run I had 2 sup vigors (20K), 1 elite assassin tome (9k) and white dye+several sin tomes. BUT this will only work if you learn how to pull all assassins (25 in total i believe) at once. If you really cant find out how to pull them all just whisp me and ill help/show you.

But the dyes and golds / money u get doesnt really add up to alot. Got 200+ golds ended up merching it all over a long time span. I actually ended up merching 2 items worth 50k+ each, but owell=P. Killed over 10,000 HM things solo.Money achieved was actually less than 200k over 2weeks. Build doesn't actually make alot of money, and that all of far shiverpeak crap i understand too=p. o yeah also gained 7 black dyes too=P. Gained 300 useless levels and a ton of rep points

btw dont pm me:P im not revealing crap either lolz .

Reply: Angmar im 100% positive imdoing the same farming as reddogz is ^_^.
HM wasnt out 5 days after the release after GW:EN
I think you can quit the crap now. I dont like it when ego's hurt people.
So lets forget rezzdoggie, and continue with builds that are worth to be shared.

who are you? mr. guild wars? since you are not me you cant tell how my drops are and how fast i am right?

next: he got this stuff in a single run? are you for real? you tell me its impossible to get 8 golds frum 72 guys but hes capable of getting 22 ( count them) golds from only 60 guys in 5-10 minutes like he said? first talking big about turgais but then so naive to believe that stuff? he said himself he farms and rejoins as long as his bags are full and with 22 golds and stuff he didnt drop for screen( like dyes, tomes , materials) the bags would be full after the first or second run dont you think so? furthermore i said i can get that amount of stuff if im lucky, i didnt say these are my regular earnings.

Lets establish Mr Pvper's farm as fake first off. Posting false farming spots should not be tolerated. Secondly, rez's farm could very well be real since he rezones, so the indicated number of dead monsters is meaningless.

Sun Fired Blank, I shamelessly cribbed your style in order to post this farm build, but it was so efficient. Kudos and whatnot. My experience doesn't quite mesh with what you've seen in Old Ascalon, but what the hey.

Profession: A/D
Skills: Golden Phoenix Strike, Critical Strike, Moebius Strike, Blades of Steel, Critical Agility, Critical Defenses, Mystic Regeneration, Way of Perfection
Description: Hulking Stone Elementals, Shatter Gargoyles, Flash Gargoyles
Starting Point: Sardelac Sanitarium (HM)
Requirements: Hard Mode
Excellent: Materials (Granite Slabs, Rubies (rare), Sapphires (rare))
Good: Lockpicks, Golds, Purples, Special Event Items
Tolerable: Collectables, Tomes
Abysmal: Exotic Skins, Runes, Passage Scrolls, Greens (nonexistent)
Notes: The Elementals and Shatter Gargoyles are easy; since the Shatters rely on degen, you can fight as many of them as you want; they'll max out their degen (at -9, I believe), which you can completely counter with Mystic Regeneration (+12 regen when you've got all your enchants up). You have to be more careful with the Flash Gargoyles; fighting more than one or two of them can very likely result in your death because they run a mean air spike. More importantly, there are random Crowns of Thorns buried in the area. If you get caught off guard, or have to fight more than one of them, you're going to end up dead. Also, the reason I run BoS instead of Death Blossom is because with this build, they'll be under 50% health after BoS hits, which means you can spam Critical Strike, which means crazy health regen (Way of Perfection combined with Mystic Regeneration). Also, killing bad guys individually (for me, at least) and taking more time per kill nets more profit than killing a bunch of them in rapid succession. Also, watch out for Flint Touchstone with this build; unless you get some help from the sentries (and do a lot of running around), you can't kill him. He blinds you, your enchantments fall out, and then you're toast.

«Ripskin and ReZDoGG, do everybody in this thread a favor and just stop posting here. I understand that you might be trying to recover from what you did and how badly it derailed the thread, but you can't recover at this point. Every post you put in here throws this thread off. If you're not going to simply post a farm spot and ignore all the questioning you're going to get, don't post in here at all. I mean, think of all the people (like me) who hardly know any farming spots at all. Let the thread stay on track.

Ripskin, did you realize how u were laughing at ppl for trying to find out how he was farming that? there's no point in laughing at them other than beeing an ass... you should be attached to him while he walks off that peer.

on the topic now:
R/Rt Vwk+QZ fire imps
location: outside dalessio seaboard, HM
hourly:approximatly 10k, never counted but a run is ~10-15 mins and i make about 2.5k
Daily:depends how long i farm, so miltiply the number of hours you farm by how much you make in a hour
weekly:same as daily... multiply it again by how many days a week you farm
Monthly:same again... multiply how much you make in a week by how many weeks you farm per month.

Guess I'm an ass then. But I don't really care, you're an imaginary person on here to me

I forgot that I also enjoy lb/ss point farming in hard mode (the usual run) that makes about 1-2k per run depending on drops.
