Ok i decided to stick this post in the farming part and not the chest running thing since its a bit of both

My build was origonaly just for chest running *FoW* but i modified to kill all spiders+Beach (i havnt tried it on skales)

The Build:

Skills: Generous was tsungrai
Soothing memories
Sprint
Enraging charge
Wary Stance
Dolyak Signet
Vengful was Khanhei
Signet of stamina
Attributes: Str 11 (10+1)
Tactics 10 (8+1+1)
Restoration magic 12

2nd build Soothing replaced with Healing signt
Wary replaced with def stance

Any Weapon you wish

Do your chest run as you would normaly with your party (i reccomend you do the chest run with a party since it makes life alot easier). BtW this build can run burning forest and this build can run Normal Forest **if you are careful!**
But it cannot run the lava pools!

When running you can use Vwk when theres a mass group ur heading too, otherwise just keep generous up all the time for healing when needed

Once you get to the cave you can hide in the deep holes in the walls (i will get screenshots tomoro since i have no time atm), this will allow you to regen health and nrg before u start to kill spiders (just remember wastless worry will kill you health just use a skill and that will cut it off you).

Once your all good to go walk upto a group of spider close together (to prevent them from healing) and use wary stance before Vwk ALWAYS (also you can keep up sig of stamina since u will not attack the spiders melee-wise)
use ur skills like this:
wary stance-vwk(wait till run out)-dolyak-wary stance-vwk etc...

clear the whole cave, move to the beach, kill all beach use skills like this : vwk-dolyak-vwk- etc... no need for wary sicne theres no inturp.

**UPDATE**

From one of the users of this build has told me that u can farm skales, pull them with a long bow so they are out of spell range then VwK them

Sounds interesting and I really love the survivability of VwK builds. I even use them to farm Totem Axes in The Falls. I may try this very soon! Is it possible without Soothing Memories? Or is it swappable for something like Mend Body and Soul? I don't have the former but I do have the latter.

how do you outdamage the healing spring??

I just tried it,
vwk for 5 mins and the spiders were still healing up to full health?
even the dryder died faster.

I wouldn't think wastrels would be a problem as long as you just stand there. Are you sure shame isn't taking your energy?

kk sry guys just got home

. about the healing for my first poster, i think it may be possible to change the healing to Healing sig, this will also cancel out the wasteless wry without using any nrg. The spiders will not use healing spring if u stand next to them, u must be touching them then they willnot cast it. also if anybody was wandering (i forgot to add this in) the time between your next cast of vwk you will outstand the dmg taken since sig of stamina will keep u going until vwks next cast

Thanks for all the good replys this is my first guild you see so im not to sure on what to put in xD, and Kcp you can hold on since all ur using each time around is 10 energy from vwk and def stance

Thats another thing, if you do have nrg problems u may swap wary stance with def stance, its highly unlikely you will get inturp

The thing about healing spring is they don't use it if you're basically humping their legs, so the ones that are still only 'nearby' will use it which will end up healing the ones adjacent to you. Best way to stop this is to either get right into the middle of them

if ur having trouble with getting inturps, if ur using def stance to block the unturps use wary, then u cant get inturp
