Farming solo is for me more than making cash.. it's the fun of the challenge doing it.

ea this will be a great thing to share, ive never rly thought of anything to solo all of FoW. how many shards do u get on an average run do u reakon?

Tbh i gave up on FoW until now, i didnt like the fact W/Me dosnt work well any more.. Armor stack nerf was a shame tbh

Alright guys, ill admit: Im a bit of a lazy ass.

School-Nap-Homework-GW-Sleep, lol. So it might be a few days still. The main thing thats slowing me down is that I want to test this in all of the FoW, in theory it should all be a go, but theory isnt always reality.

If any of you want to help me get this thing out faster, id be willing to take 1 or 2 testers. I need the the whole of FoW tested in and out. If you're intrested please be:

1: Experienced with Terra tanks
2: Competent with a 55
3: Experienced with perma obby flesh (there are some Terra Tanks that don't use this, just making sure)
4: Experienced with & familiar with the FoW, this is definitely the most important. Im a bit of a FoW noob.
5. Able not to go blabbing the build etc. everywhere. If it works everyone will be able to see it, I just want it done right.
6: Able to communicate with me what you've tested and how it went, also very important.

So if you're interested please private message me your "resume" (here on gwguru)

Please dont bother to msg me if you're not up to it, I wont be giving out anything to anyone other than testers. Dont even dream about it if you dont have obby flesh capped

I was thinking something similiar, was gonna start it with all the basic things your average farmer would need, then have a guide for newer farmers at the end of the post with a Message/note of some sort before it so those who dont need it can just skip over.

Its the basic idea.
But this is exactly what I was hoping would not happen.
Now tons of people will go trying that, die a ton trying to figure out usage/complete build.

I discourage anyone from trying it, the build is more complex than that (theres a 2 sec overlap time in which you take dmg that must be taken care of).
Please wait for the guide. Its going to be a rushed guide at this point, but atleast you can get it right the first time.

It's really too bad that someone guessed your secret, but really, what is it to you? Now you can't be the only one in GW history to think of it? Again, don't be a d-bag...

The reason I didnt post it immediatly?
Simple: You used to be able to cast prot + stoneflesh (in FoW, I tested in ascalon and it was different) in any order and it would work. The same day I was planning on posting a guide, the game fixed this bug. What problems does this cause? Simple. If you cast stoneflesh before PS, it does (example: 100dmg) 100-33=77. reducing 77 to 10% of max health, leaving you taking dmg = to 10% of your max hp. So prot spirit must be cast before stoneflesh - reduce to 33dmg (if your max hp is 330), -33 (from stoneflesh) = 0 dmg.

The problem occurs is that, prot spirit must always be cast before stoneflesh. So after the first casting of stone is about to run out, you must cast PS before going to recast stoneflesh. This puts prot spirit AFTER stone on your effects bar, leaving

Since then ive been working a way around this, and in the last day found such an answer (reducing to 55 and simply 55'ing for 2 secs works, but it means you have to split into healing prayers to bring regen, and takes another skill slot, so I avoided this) and it has been working lately, but is diffucult to manage and I wanted it thoroughly tested before making a guide and getting either:

A: OMFG when I get to x part x happens and I die!
B: This build is way too hard to manage!

The reason for the secrecy, is if I gave the build/etc. without a guide people might have trouble figuring it out. It becomes a pain in the ass - believe me, ive been using it. This would cause alot of people to die trying to figure it out, and they'd probably flame me.
1: I didnt want people to waste they're 1k's.
2: I didnt want people to flame me for losing they're 1k's and time.
3: I didnt want people to decide the build wasnt possible and ignore the guide when it did come out.

Why did you reveal then that you're making a solo FoW build? o_O You could have just waited till you get the guide done and THEN post.
