Aaargh rickrolled.

On topic - I find group farms to be the most fun, and in some cases, profitable. For instance, dungeons, DoA, FoW, UW, Vanquishing, all work nicely, and you have a chance of some nice loot.

Solo farming is just too boring, tbh.

Dammit, rickrolled!

Seriously, the best place is the one that makes you the most money AND you have fun doing! I make about 10k+ an hour in my spot, and I LOVE it! I will be playing my main, and then think hey! lets go farm for a bit! The best spot is the one that is the most fun!

To get back on topic, i would have to agree with Trucker on farming the event stuff. Either that or the raptors i guess

And seriously no matter what anyone says uw is deffinatly in the top end of most money, in 1 hour you can do 4 w/rit runs including merchant and loading times(starting av run is 14 mins mine now is 11-12) thats slowcompared to w/me but no chance of dying once your used to it.

You sepnd 4k on entrance and about 1k on id'ing/salvaging.
Thats 5k spent an hour in 1 run you make 1k no matter what so thats 4 of the 5k paid off, i get anywhere from 1-4 an run and at least every 4 gives 1 ecto if not then somtiumes you do get unlucky just stick at it, last week i did 4 runs i got a 1 ecto a 0 ecto got 4 ecto and a 2 ecto run, thats about 35k profit...

Then use that profit to go buy and sell stuff.

Any questions give me a shout.

EDIT: ectos usually sell between 4.5-5k average is 4.8 so you can make back your whole 1 hour spending in the hour easy imo.

If uw and FoW arnt ur style i highly recommend the following.

Choosing an easy place to farm tons of things in HM can be very profitable, too.

An ss Necro zehlun run in hard mode takes 2-3min(lets go with 3 for merchanting/load times/etc)

Thats 20 run an hour. Each run you get anywhere from 100g, to an elite ranger tome, or a nice gold.(I got a req 8 brute sword once :P)

I would say on average you get at least 1-2k each run. Some runs you will get nothing or few drops, while others youll get normal tomes or an elite tome or a nice gold. I find that between merchanting crap and selling tomes i make about 1-2k an hour.(selling time for tomes varies) I usually just stock up on tomes and bulk sale on guru or if i see someone buying in kamadan. I dont waste time spamming **WTS: Ranger Tomes**.

With 1-2k a run on average you make around 20k-40k an hour. But getting more is very possible. Most i ever make was 80k an hour.(Got 6 Elite tomes, and 16, lots of merch crap and 100g drops.)

Whats also pretty important when farming is to set up a schedule(i know it sound cheasy but bear with me)

Lets say you make a commitment to farm 30min each weekday and 1 hour on one weekend day and 1 hour 30min the other weekend day. This should be very doable for many people.

Thats a total of 5hours of farming a week. With something such as the Zehlun farming from above Thats 20k-40k an hour you would be getting about

150k a week. But with a nice gold drop could be way more.
600k a month is not that bad.

The only Counter to this farming style is "Anti-farming code" which most people believe still exsist. So switching farming spot and/or doin missions and quests might have to be done too.

Anyway, this defiantly isnt he best way to make money out there, but it is a good start for beginner farmers.

Run a mission that people have trouble with for 6-7k well i have my own mission service but like moddock cervice ppl get really annoyed with those runners, i go snare and take them out in an instant, so if u keep runnin those mission for a 5-6k commit urself to like, 10 runs a day and 50k a day
