Looked all over but cant find this anywhere.

MY question is simple:

Must every player have the quest: "The Path To Revelations" in a norn point farming party or is one party member enough tot get the points?

......and once completed is it still possible to get the points by joining a group that has not?

No, only one person has to have it for the bonus points. but if you want to complete it u do need the quest.

Bumping a thread less than an hour after you posted it, and got an answer? Really?

Only one person needs the quest to do the farm, but YOU cannot get the reward (Air of Superiority) until you've gotten the quest (And done the previous Cypher quests)

So yes, if you've done it, you can just join a group that has it. The points arn't from the quest, but from the enemies that the quest spawns.
