Just a tip, I farm the desert with about the same build as your necro, except that I switch out spirit bond for plague touch, helps against the enchanted creatures so you can kill them all.

My usual tactics are to kill of the hammers first, while you are working on the first enchanted, the bow would use Throw Dirt. Plague touch it back to him and you are saver. If you see alot of bows try keeping a sword alive for energy. Hope this helps

Is it doable with Mo/N? I was stupid enought to delete my 7-month necro... He would be 13 months old now -.-

I might just have to do some of that with my necro. They all look a lot of fun to do

Default responses, responses.

well, i just woke up, and now to respond to everything!

as far as the enchanted go, it's easy to kill a bow by hiding behind terrain and using SV, by the time he uses throw dirt and gets to be able to shoot you he'll be very close to death, i forgot to put that in the guide, i'll add it ASAP. (i like spirit bond far too much to abandon it. ) @ antithesis, the bank balance is almost fully thanks to this guide. as far as the 105 rit goes, in most of the places i posted it probably won't work because there's a lot of healing (heal sig, the shiverpeak protectors) although it very well might work Vs. hydras in skyward reach and behemoths in vehjin mines, but there is degen, so you'll need resilient weapon for behemoths. Lidele, stfu. j/k, i just love casters and i don't like the feel of almost everything i do depending on armor. and yes, i do need a life. also, Witte Was tested the FoW build as a Mo/N, and it worked fine for him. I would assume the same could be said of all the builds, although the attributes might be tough to manage for SV + IP builds. i think i got everything (gonna edit the guide to reflect enchanted bows) and keep the comments coming! ty for all the compliments btw, i'm gonna write guides more often.

Impressive guide.

Is using 2 attribute lines purely to kill really a good idea? I mean compared to Spoil Victor, Insideious does very little and relies purely on them actually hitting you instead of missing due to terrain or casting spells. I've been using Life Siphon, combines a little extra damage that can easily be spread around with some extra regen. Course i only really use 55SV to farm Exuro (rarely) where his Immolate is a pita. Or even just using Awaken the Blood for an even stronger SV, would be far more beneficial imo, especially as you can spec 9 in Prot/Heal for a +7 Breeze and a slighly longer PS.

Default Ip.

i use the two attribute lines because i don't feel like sitting there for a year waiting for a griffon/shiverpeak monster to kill itself. heal sig > spoil victor alone. shiverpeak protector > Spoil Victor alone. Pariah Hellfire's guide gave me the idea to combine the two, and it's become my favorite build since then. IP gives it the edge. besides, with Spirit Bond in there, your HB could heal for 4 pips, and properly managed SB would constantly keep yer health topped off. not to mention, IP is awesome for health management because of more than 3/4ths of a full heal whenever they hit you. i never used to use IP, but now it's a staple on my bar, i personally think it's the easiest and fastest skill for the job.

07/08/07: added Watchtower coast area and 150hp SoA/SH variant. will work on adding places/strategies for the 150hp build.
