Just wondering where everyone thinks this is the most effective (most plat per hour).

Haven't really found anywhere that has given my much yet.

anything in factions would be great.

and state whether hm or not.

I use my 330 rit for Plains of Jarin Hard Mode and Farhanur, First City Hard Mode.

A Farhanur run once you get good at it can take about 30 mins and as far as I can tell yields about 3-4 plat worth of gold and merchant fodder along with 1 or 2 golds. It's my prefered place to farm.

With Plains of Jarin you can whip off runs a lot faster but not as much gold.

i would do that but i havent completed nightfall.

I have completed factions on this character, though.

The Halcyon Job quest spawns a bunch of Luxon Assassins. Using the 330 rit, runs will take 5-6 minutes with 500-1k each run.
