It took about 8 runs but at last it dropped

I used EoE,Splinter Weapon,Barrage,Natural Stride,Dodge,LB Gaze,Trolls(never have to use Trolls)as inspired by the Rt/R build
Thks for posting this build my warrior had finished the quest already but with this my Ranger is no probs

I have not found anywhere in cantha or tyria yet because there are no mobs that stay bunched up like for the quests in NF.

Yes thanks for sharing this awesome build. Anyone who thinks VwK is faster must be smoking something or didnt even bother to try before commenting. 3 barrages and undead mob is dead.

For the 3 waves of 24 margonites in Battle of Turai Procession, with LB 4 and above, a rit primary can occasionally wipe out all 24 with 2 barrages, max is 3 even with LB0. That is the duration of 1 or 1.5 VwK. 9 shots, 12k exp, 4k loot. Simply awesome. Thank you!

This works in all of the areas I listed in the original post, except stygian veil. Same skills and attributes.

For farming margonites in 'protect the learned' you will want to take LB gaze with you.

To farm 'battle for turai's procession' you will want to go out with all henchies/heros. Flag them over by the rez shrine. Kill all of the margonites, and all of them around the boss if you can, then have your heros and henchies kill him. (Sometimes you cannot kill the warriors and dervishes with the boss, since there are less enemies around with the boss group)

I use the standard VwK Build to farm this run in Hard Mode with a lot of success. ( some hick ups but no DP that some quick plowing through a few more targets doesn't fix ) and at a rather good speed also.

Can this barrage build do the same? If so I might consider trying it. If not I'll stick with my VkW deadsword farming when I need more weps for kos / cash in hand from the merchant.

Splinter barrage is currently the fastest build right now to farm dead swords, it only takes 6 minutes to kill all of the groups, and that is including waiting for the king to die.

Nice guide, but unfortunatly I have no Rit or Ranger near there

, does anyone have a link/ build for the W/Rt VwK dead sword Hm build ( if there si one) I tryed searching but to no avail ( seached for " dead sword" and "dead sword farming" ) I also looking in the solo farming list of builds. Any help would be great.

I dunno this is consider fast onot but i do farm the slaves with the VWK build in hard mode. Usually, tis will take me about 10mins at most while dying twice. Umm... this build was made before Hard mode was created and i m pretty sure Sk8tborderx was one of the first ppl to post the build on guru. Maybe the build was posted somewhere else but Sk8tborderx does get credit for posting it in guru, so dude calm down. Plus if you would take the time to look at the OP date, you can tell you havent even joined guru yet. So stop going around critizing ppl that they stole another person build.

Due to getting a lot of PMs in game recently I updated the original post to include what can be farmed for both normal and hard mode, if I left any spots out please let me know.

I also updated the build with the current skills I use for all the areas.
