This is excellent tactical advice. In general, these fights are made much easier by using geometry to block ranged hits on you. Use this trick whenever you can.

I like the Blood offhand with +1 Blood, and it's very easy to get, though nothing is as easy as Milt's that I know of. You can get from collector in marketplace (I think) for 5 putrids or something similar.

Can someone walk me through this? Every time I enage him, not only does a necro and a healer pop up, but shortly after wards, 3 more Am Fah's show up (2 assassins and another healer). The are not spawned before I engage, so I can't take them out solo. I also can't knock out a single guy before they show up and rain on my parade. After they spawn, Xuekao always has 6 people his entourage.

Once, because I died at an odd time, hsi forces were split such that the jade killed all of his healers. Then I was able to take them down via hit and run. I've never been able to repeat this.

Maybe the 3 delayed guys are new. I can see how this would be cake w/o them.

For me instead of going the way in all the old videos(Straight into xuekao) I go past him then go up on the right side. If you go up that way and aggro him then run all the way out of the place onto the grassy parts you can usually get him + his 2 allies alone while the rest fight the jade.

With this the pop down groups usually don't aggro because your out by the time they start moving.

This is how it worked when I tried it last, which was a couple weeks ago now:

Run from Maatu, kill two Jades outside the fort thing that Xuekao is in. Kill solitary Jade facing you on a nearby hill (a Warrior, iirc).

Pop Marksmen (there are four). Use geometry to pull them away from their traps then kill them.

Wait for all the traps to fire if necessary, then put Xuekao in your aggro bubble, and run towards where you killed first two Jades. Play with aggro a little if necessary to strip off any helpers, then kill Xuekao.

They may have added more spawns but that's what respondents said the first time as well. They did add some spawns since the first time (which was honestly so laughably easy that it started me on the rampage that this thread documents), but I don't think they have done it twice. I may be wrong.

can add delic the vengeance seeker to the hit list, solely based on time its hard, but not too bad. run from leviathon pits to rheas (you can bypass all the outcasts). the shrine is melandru if we have favor. you'll have to pull and kill about 5 or 6 patrols of outcasts. When you pop Delic (its a popup boss) use the corner to peel away his mob and take them all first - you may need to go out once or more to regen. I use no plague touch, just vamps/oob/throw/whirling/lightning/dodge AND zojuns haste. Delic has a self heal so its an endurance game, but keep at him and he falls nicely. communing wand is the prize.
I've been working on timing to get Aurius in same run, but he keeps getting ganked by the carps, any hints?

lennymon, you're one up on me. I was able to clear to Delic np but wasn't able to make the kill.

As for Arius, the times I have been succesful killing, I went the other way, from Aurios, and past Lorelle. Takes a long time, and you kind of have to clear the fight area of about 3-4 groups of roaming outcasts, as well as clear a bunch of Leviathan/Rockhides, because otherwise it's next to impossible to get past them ... long, long clear.

yeah ok got aurius down now, after delic easily repeatable, the Delic kill depends on luck in timing your faster recharge btw (im going to get get the collector blood wand from shenzen tunnels in order to run 2x20%recharge 20/20 blood knife off hand). Delic isnt dangerous per se, just have to outpace his healing. I took lorelle also yesterday, but she's dangerous, and harder to take down than delic, had to actually run away twice. Now if anyone can tell me how to take out the bridge onis for ungues I'll be a happy farmer.

Cool, congrats on this. I'll try it again on Friday if I can -- too much to do till then.

It's nearly impossible to outheal them w/ a toucher. I've resorted to the old fashioned Pin Down + Hunter's Shot + Poison Arrow + run like hell! trick.

Works, but it's slow.

FYI:
In case it's not in the thread (I'm too lazy to look) Quansong Spiritspeak is farmable with a touch necro:

Flower Spiritgarden (Rit boss) in Eternal Grove is easy with a touch ranger, just pull him off a bit so his popup mobs dont spawn.
Jayne Forestlight (monk boss, also Eternal Grove) is harder due to the mobs, if you can get her alone you will kill her without any problem.

Will try to go after Delic, Quansong, Flower, and others when I can.

Until then I'm gonna add them to a new section at the top of the page.

Milodestus the Wrangler : very easy
build used : touch/touch/oob/dirt/reflex/whirling/dodge/dodge2
description : leave from zos shivros, like you are going after sskai, but go to the right, to the NE of zos shivros

run past the two naga patrols, and as milodestus' group runs to the left of the circular area, run to the right. there is a building edge you can aggro them on, which is the key to killing him: take out the assassin, warrior, and his dire crab pet while he shoots into the wall, then go and kill him

use dodge and zojun's while fighting him because they will stop his arrows and the ritualist's projectiles.

oh, and his troll unguent does a whole lot of nothing, really. doesn't make the kill any harder than if he didn't even have it.. also, be careful of his pet, try to take the pet out first, or the assassin.. disrupting lunge is owwy.

happy hunting =D

Does he drop anything? According to the Guildwiki.org site he doesn't drop any green item.

Quansong's run is quite easy in terms of the difficulty to kill him but by your parameters I'd say you would rate it medium on the basis of time taken.

This is because you can only take 1 or 2 of the temple guardians on at any single time, and there is a few to clear out before you can have a crack at the boss itself.

Therefore easy/medium = actual difficulty/time taken imo.

only killed him once I wouldn't know, but the other beast master boss in factions doesn't drop a green so, I wouldn't think so.
