Default Is it possible to get ~10K an hour with a warrior solo farm?

Hi,

I am looking to do a bit of farming over the next few weeks, I would preferably like to get about 200K, and I was wondering if that would be possible in 20 hours with a warrior solo. I have tried a few farms, HM raptor (half the time dosent work for me, so havent been able to test the K/hr rate), Hm elemental farm (between 4K and 8K an hour depending on drops, but incredibly boring:P) Destroyer core farm, etc.

I can access all areas apart from ares in factions after kaineng city. I can use whatever skills, armor combinations and weapons you need aswell. Preferably, I would like the farm to be fairly easy to do, and, if possible, have a chance of dropping a few golds, or rare skins aswell.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks in advance,

Matt.

Ive never tried it, but stick to the elemental farming by the looks of things, u aint gonna get that much better. hit uw once or twice, not more than that though otherwise its a waste.

If I were you I would just go UB way in DoA to get some easy cash....if you are enough lucky, you can get around 60k per run.

FOW spider farm and ghial work for me. Easy 10k/hour on FOW and ghial (people still want his staff).

What's this about UW nerf on ectos? % drop rate on wiki still works fine for my ranger and I farm it a lot.

I'd say UW. People keep telling me "Smite ecto drops are nerfed."

I have never seen evidence of an update which says "lowered the drop rate of Ectoplasm off Smite Crawlers". I'll happily lift my hat to anyone who can link me to this on the wiki, because honestly, after getting 6 ectos in 2 consecutive runs, I can say that this is rubbish.

I would quote the guy who linked someone to the wiki article on variance, but I'm too lazy.

Other than that, FoW or get Ursaning DoA. DoA clears take around 2 hours, and you can make anything up to 30 or 40k in them if you succeed (my first run netted me 5 gem sets (including killing Mallyx) which is 5 x 12k to sell. Do the Maths :})(Yes it was HM).

Real money is in gems, ectos and shards. Outside the FoW/UW, you'll be hard pressed to make more than 6-8k an hour. Which I guess is still fairly good...

not really the normal farming... but try HFFF. Not only do you work on your title, but if you take 2 other people with you, you will be rolling in the cash. 350g/minute run. Let's just say you get around 45 run in an hour, that would still be over 15k. Probably the most boring thing possible, but it is very efficient as you are making straight cash while doing it.

edit: farming elite tomes is also a good method to make some fast cash, it managed to pay for my skill hunter titles. Soloing scar eater only takes about a minute with the A/E. Not sure what the probability is for elite monk tome drop, but i found i usually got around 2 every hour.

Most decent farming locations appear to be capped at 8-12K / hour in merch food during normal everyday play. I don't bother selling perfect weapon mods, and valuable weapon drops are few and far between. You could make more bucks if you have the patience to sell your wares. Elite areas like FoW / UW / DoA are your best bet to exceed that cap.

I made my first million by farming Raptor Nestlings on the 3 recent event weekends. You can average between 25K-50K / hr depending on speed, skill and boredom. Get in early as demand and prices tend to go down around 12-24 hours before the event ends.

Don't forget to grab your hidden treasures in Nightfall once every 31 days or so - with 10 toons (one of each class), that's a free 100-150K per month for 10 hours work.

HFFF with multiple accounts (meaning multiple quest rewards + mule accounts get Amber for Kurzick Faction) is my cashflow backup, I make 20K+ / hour doing it.

For those with the skillz to run missions / dungeons, there's a stack of cash for the taking.

from what i see you have a few options.

continue what youre doing (glints, elementals, and the like.).
UB DoA (acronyms FTW!)
and... farm FoW/UW.

and dont forget, if you ever get that raptor farm working, theres GREAT money to be had farming event items. just ask my brand new Party Animal title, and the 90k+ in my bank from selling party items at about 200g-ish-each.

I have been UWing with my W/Rt for quite some time

I've gotten plenty of ectos (average of 1-2 per run). But some runs I get 0 and a few runs I got 4 ectos

Again, if you have access to 600 monk, i make 15k per run, 45 mins per run running CoF on my 600. If not you can always pay for runs, CoF usually gives people 8-12k per run minus the 2k for paying runner gives u about 10k every 45 mins. This should get you to about 10k/hr

They don't require a key and give gold pieces and gold item/gem drops. The harder the area, the better the loot.

They supposedly reset about every 30 days to 6-7 weeks. People seem to find that the more often you hit them, the quality of the loot declines (less money, start getting purples).

31 days is the safe bet for digging up NF treasures. Do them in descending order from high-end zones to low-end for the best returns.
