Default anyway best ways to farm glittering dust and some other common crafting materials

can anyone tell where is a good place to farm glittering dust and granite slabs as well as plant fibers and bones for some consumables like grail of might, essence of celerity, powerstone of courage, and scroll of ressurection. I know a good place to farm feathers, kill the tengu outside of lions arch.

Granite: stone elementals outside ascalon
Plant fibers: Maguuma Jungle or Kurzick forest
Bone: Undead in Kryta, you can even find some places that drop lots of fibers too. Certain undead will also drop dust.

You can also join HM FoW clears and pick up all the dark remains. They salvage in to 13-15 piles of dust. For bones you can farm undead outside of Bergen Hotsprings.

Iron and wood planks are no brainer...salvage any swords, daggers, bows, axes, hammers, etc you get.

Whenever I do the deep, I always bring lots of salvages, and I can usually go back after we're done to go back and salvage everything. Usually nets me around a stack of wood, ~100 iron, and some random other stuff.

UW for dust, everything drops it pretty much, even if piles of 4 it mounts up.

Demonic Remains salvage like 2 piles of dust. Not worth it.

As for Abedeus's question on what build to farm feathers, use 330 Rit build.

Default Dust and Feathers

Feathers: Nahpui Quarter in HM (avoiding all the celestials). I can get a couple stacks of feathers in 20-30 minutes doing a 600 dual smite build. When the birdboys drop feathers it is between 19 and 21 feathers a drop

Dust: Enethyl Nagiwe mentioned FoW. Dark Remains salvage into 14-16 piles of dust. It is better on your inventory if you are saving up to collect Dark Remains. 1 stack of remains is equal to 14 stacks of dust.

If you're in need of bones, you might want to tag along for a few CoF runs from Doomlore (or run it yourself if you have a Rt or a monk). If it's just a 3-4man party, you'll get a stack of bone or so per trip. About half a stack if it's a full team. Loads more if you salvage all the white and blues - lots of other materials, too.

For granite it's like the others said, the Hulking stone elementals outside Sardelac Sanitarium - the lodestones they drop salvage into 1 granite slab as well. what I also do is salvage all Tribal Blades that I get (pretty much anything can drop on of those >.>) and the majority of them give me granite.

All seeds and such salvage into plant fibers too. Best results for Fibers seem to come from the Forest in FoW - everything is a plant there, and they will all drop it.

I'm not sure if this is true, but it should... the Titans from Defend Denravi are all planty, so they should drop fibers... and with a solid hero team you can easily do that quest over and over.

You can get dust very quickly by raptor farming and using all your "Measure for Measure" inscriptions on gold and purple Great Conch drops. Purples will generally yield 50+ dust and Golds will give you 90+.

Nahpui Quater farming will get you Feathers, Iron (from salvaging hammers, axes and Koi Scepters) as well as Bone.

There are also plenty of feathers to be had on Noob Island in factions, there is a whole area of Bird Guys and Yeti.

I farm each with a Ranger solo in NM, still working on the HM builds.

The Fog Nightmares in the black curtain south of temple of ages drop up to 30 piles at a time, and their collectible salvages into 3-4 dust each. an E/A with PBAoE fire stuff will slaughter them in NM or HM, I just take dark escape, the luxon/kurz regen skill(shadow sanctuary I think), Fire Attune, double dragon, phoenix, inferno and flame burst and you'll kill up to 6 of them at a time. They touch through SF/OF, and I don't know if their shadow damage can be converted by a terra tank, so I've always just used dark escape to mitigate their dark aura+touch of agony with the shadow sanctuary to regen the damage while I spam the big booms. On the way out there there's reed stalkers, you can kill them easily for fibers too.

The Fog Nightmares also drop lots of necro junk which turns into bones, wood or iron.
