Hi guys,,

I heard that defy pain has upgraded or something like that xD
Soz can we get anything good out of the fact they upgraded that skill?
I was thinking bout hm hydra or something? Defy pain uw or something xD
ANy idea's or builds? i would like to hear it ^^

Defy Pain was Buffed at the beginning of this month. It now costs 5 adrenaline and has damage reduction. But I don't think it is good enough to rely for solo farming like it seems you want. But in a party, it can be used *I used it a lot before the buff*. Don't have my old build any more though so can't post it

Defy Pain is basically the Tank skill for warriors now.

so I herd tanking sucks... And also heard that OF/SB is better for tanks than gazillions of hp...

I might be wrong though.

Theres a NM UW build using a hammer, it's on the first page of the forum, take a look.

PS: Warriors that actively tank in PvE are bad. Killing things > Defy Pain.

yea, the days are gone where the warrior was the symbol of strength in gw.. they've been replaced by squishy ele's with permaleet armor

i think warriors are still hoping that hitting things raises their IQ a bit, which doesnt seem to be the case

Exactly why GW is stupidly Nerfed. I always lamented the fact that monks could tank, then eles and now sins. Warriors however despite having the highest armor rating are terrible tanks. When Defy Pain was buffed I immediatley thought, finally a chance for warriors to Tank as invincible. Even dervs have the 130hp invincible build 'for crying out loud'. Anyway, Defy Pain has -10 Dmg reduc at Str 15, so lowering your initial health to 100, go monk second with Prot Spirit, and finially a Tanking warrior. Warriors do not have a good regen however so it wont be that effective. Also, Warriors are hopeless at Aoe so again not that effective at farming.
So, eventhough I havnt tested it, Warriors should be able to tank now, yay!
