hey guys I started a mesmer last week and I wanted to do some hardcore pve stuff with him. So i saw the build on pvxwiki

I swapped out [power return] for [ancestor's visage] cause with 16 in illusion it lasts 10 seconds, which screwed me over when I fought the grasping darkness, so i put in [ancestor's visage] to keep it up all the time.

I also switched out [vigorous spirit] for [mending] the +3 I get from mending atleast combats the -3 from bleeding

Now I can usually kill all the aataxes no problem. And the grasping darkness kinda mess me up alot. With both visages up their usually no problem, but sometimes they manage to kill me. What I'm looking for is some hints, advice, pointers w/e, anything you guys might think would benefit me in making this build work better.

*Also, I'm interested if some other mes/mo or any other 55'er wouldn't mind coming done to UW with me to show me how to properly do it. Please only serious posts to. Thanks much ya'll

i used to do duo uw as 55hp/famine, it quite easy

Kill the Aatxes, get the quest, pull a single group of Graspings.... WATCH/LISTEN to them using DBlow, once all 3/4 of them have used it, put up SV, renew your other enchantments, and kill away.

Just gotta pay attention and make sure that the Graspings have already used DBlow.

You really should keep Power Return, though.

I looked up the me/a build on wiki, but it's for soling bosses with greens, I'm looking for a better way to earn gold than greens.

Is power return for stopping dryders using MS?

Also, in the wiki guild for this solo build it says its a 55hp solo build, in the equpiment section it says that you'll need a scythe with +20% enchantments and daggers eith +20% enchantments, but neglects the need for the -50 hp cesta. Can this build work with 105hp, or does that make PS useless?

I submitted that build to PvX wiki. It's a 105hp build. You know: scythe. Mending is not ENOUGH to keep you alive, switch back to the original build. (2 visage is not necessary also, but if it's easier for u do it)

This build got 5.0 points as rating, so I think it works. Try again.

oh nice, yeah for some reason i tried with a scythe at 105hp and I didn't stay alive maybe it was just my mistake. Alright I'll give the 105 a try.

Both. You can use it whenever you want. But primarily it's for the nightmares
