Default Riposte Farming Build

I'm not sure if someone already made this, but I used the search button and couldn't find it.

[Riposte;ABMBdqckpdQCjBD6C+C9iAg0C]

Attributes:

Strength - 12+3
Swordsmanship - 3+1
Tactics - 12+3+1

Basically, you just use Riposte, Deadly Riposte, and Whirlwind Attack to do damage. Gladiator's Defense makes this faster. Dolyaks Signet lowers the damage you take significantly, Bonetti's Defense is for energy management/another block stance, and Shield Stance is for when you have no other blocking skills. Heal when you need to, too.

Pros:
Lots of blocking
Fast killing
Dolyak Signets cancels the -40 armor from Healing Signet
Ripostes do not give scatter effect

Cons:
Meant for melee
Wild Blow kills this build
Gladiator's Defense gives scatter effect

Alternatively:

[Defy Pain Riposte;ABMBdqckpdQCjBDfCuiAg0CAA]

Attributes:

same

Basically, this build uses Defy Pain, Dolyak Signet, and "Watch Yourself!" over blocking stances to greatly reduce damage, maybe even to single digits, while still dealing lots of damage with Ripostes.

Pros:
Little to no damage
Lots of armor
Optional skill slot
No scatter effect

Cons:
Not as fast as Gladiator's Defense
No energy management
Can only farm melee

Where to farm:

HM Northern Shiverpeaks Minotaurs: I know there's another build for this and it's probably better, but the Riposte farming build works here.

HM Old Ascalon: I don't know why anyone would farm here but it works here. Watch out for Grawl Ulodytes though.

HM Trolls: This worked some of the times, but not always. Farm here at your own risk. I believe a Triple Chop farming build would be better for here.

HM Desert Griffons: These guys give some nice drops and only come in groups of 3-4, which means a lot less scattering.

Sorry to say it's been done and dusted. most of the farming places have been nerfed badly eg trolls and the drops aren't too good, pus its slow. On the other hand it's good for people with warriors who need a steady rate of cashflow.

riposte wars are the warrior half of wammos.

No need for a sup sword rune, you arent dealing damage with 4 in swordmanship and you have all str/tac based skills. +75hp is better than +2/3 more damage with your sword

Where do you see a Sup Sword Rune? All I see is a Minor Sword rune (3 + 1 means 3 from skill points, 1 from other sources). Still unneeded, and could be swapped for a Rune of Vitae or Rune of Attunement. Or some other rune.

Heh, wow, this is waaaay old school. Except for Whirlwind Attack, this was pretty much the exact griffin solo farming build I used way back then. It wasn't very profitable, though.
