Looks like you put some effort into that so thumbs up, just a shame that almost every other person is or has a 55 monk nowadays

What did you use to record btw? I used fraps and windows movie maker once but the quality was so pants I gave up

I used Fraps and Camtasia Studio 5 for the zooming/editing.

Well made video, and good use of the camera zoom to show what is used. However, not all people will know the build, and I don't see it listed - including attributes. Even the people who know the skills by the icons won't know how many points to put into each attribute - especially for Mantra of Resolve.

Worse, however, is that this was done in NM, while a 55 Monk would do MUCH better to farm them in HM for better drops. HM will have some scatter, but there are ways to deal with that. Outside of a few Trick-or Treat bags, there won't be much use in farming the trolls. Even the trolls are slower than many other methods of getting ToT bags.

Skills and Attributes listed in side bar.

Also a 55 monk can NOT farm trolls in HM anymore... they got healing signet and spam it...

plus already tried

A video done like that for undead farming in Gates of Kryta, or outside Bergen Hotsprings would be good, and that is easily done in HM for better drops, as well as items to turn in to collectors for Halloween/Wintersday goodies. Or, the Charr at Nolani Academy can be done in HM, and they also drop collector items for both Halloween and Wintersday.

I had forgotten about the Trolls getting Heal Sig in HM, but I don't waste my time with them, and haven't since before HM was introduced.

As I said, the video is very well done, I just think a better farming location and instruction would serve the GW population better, and not make it look like you don't know what you are doing. Obviously you do know what you are doing, but for people who hear HM is the way to farm, and see NM with nothing of value dropping outside of ToT bags, they will glance over it, and then look for another guide.

Use the method, but change the focus.
