Ok on my 600 monk, i am Mo/Me, so far right now I can only go to /Me since I am not accented(600/55 only character), and what should i place as optional?

MoR is useless now that spiders don't interrupt. The undead are so easy that as long as you get [[Spell breaker] up before agro, you'll be fine, and the enchanted are jokes. I don't think anything else interrupts.

And SV is unneeded. I'm not even sure what you'd use it on.

Id change secondary's for something else tbh. Just run through naphui, its easy.
