Hello all I currently run the A/Me solo CoP build in many places and i wanted to take it To FoW, so i did. My targets were the spiders in the spider cave. i made it there fine killing driftwoods along the way. when i got there i aggroed so many spiders it made my mouth water thinking of the rewards. BUT i couldnt kill them. i balled them up into the tightest group i could and started my assault. it was a draw, i couldnt get passed healing spring from 20+ spiders. i heard that if u get within melee range they dont use it but i im sure i was. My question for the community is how can i kill them?

They'll use healing spring if you start casting spells next to them

learn the spawn and pull less.

maybe long bow to lure a smaller group? never tried a full group of 10+

Can you post the build you're trying to use? maybe we can modify some stuff cause idk if u can take stuff and and etc.

Only the one you are attacking wont cast it, I can take 25 down at once spamming [[cyclone axe]/[[whirlwind attack]. This way you keep interrupting the [[healing spring] if they try to cast it.

If you're running shadowform, that's out of the question though.

if you ball them up well and stand next to them they wont cast healing spring, however your problem was probably melandru's resilience each time you cast a hex on them they would regen.

It is pretty easy to kill them with the A/E lavafont build, however you may have energy problems, just make sure your health is under 100 so the driftwoods will not scatter. Don't use Mark of Rodgort on the spiders because it again triggers melandru's resilience.
