I was just wondering what would be the easiest team farming "speed clear" for someone just starting out as a perma sin.

I suggest you learn the runs by watching vids on youtube before you go do it. It's really annoying to have sins that do the run for the first time, die, and leave. Cons wasted.

With areas like pits and wastes(and the like)......I suggest you just buy a scroll, run there alone and get a feel for it. Since the actual killing isn't hard, it's just that if you never done it, you won't really know what's going on.(and for areas like pits & wastes, once is enough, they are really easy once you know what's going on)

I'd say watch a few vids, go practice (with glyph of swiftness) doing perma, maybe run a few areas. Or join a guild that does FoWSCs often and they can teach you too.

Max / r10. That is what works the best. As far as what you meant to ask, what is the lowest EotN rank for each PvE-only skill to be able to run UWSC? Max / r10. It doesn't take that long to attain, and while you're earning those ranks, you'll be (more than likely) getting a good bit of practice running PermaForm.
