If you don't get gold drops maybe try swapping out SS for SV?

that's how i mostly farm with my 55 N/Mo SV combined with IP atm it's different from the normal build i use since i'm farming in an area with alot of degen -_-

I prefer SS for this because I can kill every group with just one cast. (if the hexed sin doesn't run away, that is.)
I get ~1-4 golds per run from this and 570 something luxon faction^^ oh yeah and elite sin tomes from boss guy

How do you guys get to kill the sin boss? Whenever i attack/cast anythingon him/aggro him a bunch of otehr luxon guys come along (inc necro's

Don't run up to where he is, but lure him down the stairs by casting something on him (I use Insidious Parasite) and then finish him somewhere on the side. More enemies will come running into the building after he has died, but that shouldn't matter because on the sides you are out of their aggro range, or you already left the map after quickly collecting your loot.

Sorry for the necro post, but I have a bit of a dilemma.

Each time I try to do this, the assassins never spawn. Its always the normal spawn. I have the quest. Each time I get it, I always go look at Rion and he's always being attacked by an outcast Ritualist for some reason while when my friends do it he's just chillin next to the blimp.

Any help?

Alternatively, run into the building and into one of the far corners (I usually go left). He'll run after you and you will be out of the aggro circle for the mob that follows. Just note the boss doesn't drop a green but you have a chance at Elite Assassin tomes.

Do you fail the quest if he dies?

Also, have you tried staying as far away as possible from him (Not checking if he's being attacked) and see if you can get the sins to spawn then?

Nice build,
But this can be done in HM just as easy with the monk build posted above, it can even take out the Sin boss.

Just lure em all, than walk upp one of those stairs Cast SS on one of them and KEEP ATTACKING the one you casted SS on, they should go down in notime, also the boss.
Just lure him to the left and SS/IP him to death.

Well, this whole thread is about HM farming. And if you go and check the date of the OP, you will realize that it was first posted more than a year ago. That was the original beginning of luxon assassin farms, thanks to onerabbit.

Since then, many variations for most all professions were developped and published, some in the ~270 posts of this thread, others elsewhere.

It works as a farm, but it takes a long time.

Is there a way to aggro all and Sliver Armor them or something?

Bit like the Raptor farm?

This is so far the best build I have come up with:
