Default Encrypted charr battle plans

People are telling me there is a rise in demand for encrypted charr battle plans.
Indeed there is a quest with several groups coming from different sides.
Search did not give me any results.

All three of the Special Ops missions have large numbers of Charr you can kill, so they could have farming potential... I'm guessing a permasin could solo them in Hard Mode, although healers and rezzers might make it a bit slow and inefficient.

Personally, I suspect the demand for Battle Plans is because each Special Ops mission gives 1000 Vanguard points in about 5 minutes (no extra points for hard mode). You could get Vanguard points at a similar rate or higher using other methods... but I think using Battle Plans is the easiest way until you reach rank8.

Seige Devourers are a great way to teach humility to permas. Their seige is a "skill" thus not prevented by Shadow Form. I can only speak about HM, but my experience is that farming the Battle Plans missions is extremely challenging and extremely slow.

These can be a fun change of pace when you get some allies together.

I'm pretty sure any Charr in EotN. I've gotten them in Sacnoth, during Warband, and against that big mob outside of Gunnar's (can't remember the quest name)
