Ive seen some threads to solo pongmei valley with necro's, so I tried with my 55Rit and it worked out great. First I'd like to give thanks to Ecksor, who posted the build to solo pongmei valley with a necro. His thread made me wanna solo this area. I'd also like to give thanks to ??? for posting a 55Rit build. (Note: I dont remember his name, i'll search it later

)

Weapons:
Either the FFS of enchanting, or a +5 energy sword/axe of enchanting. Obviously a -50Hp cesta.
Armour:
I used the Halcyon armour from Shing Jea Monastry for the low cost and extra energy. Also, a +1 Restoration headpiece.

Skills:
1.Vengeful Was Khanhei
2.Spirit Light
3.Channeled Strike
4.Protective Spirit
5.Healing Breeze
6.Mending
7.Balthazars Spirit
8.Essence Bond

Attribute Points:
Restoration 12+1+3
Channeling 8+3
Healing 8
Protection 9

Targets:

You will be killing Jade Brotherhood, Stone Scale Kirin, Wardens, Yeti, and Undergrowth. Basically you can kill any number of undergrowth, but I dont suggest you take on more then 4 kirin at a time.

Strategy
1.Always keep PS and HB on.
2.If fighting 1 enemy, dont use HB.
3.Use Vengeful when able to.
4.Use channeled strike only while holding vengeful
5. When fighting enemies with ranged attacks, stay close to them so they attack more.
6.Avoid Afflicted Necromancers and Rot Wallows.
7.While fighting groups with healers, take them out first.
8.While fighting jade, kill Mes > Ele > War
9.You cant kill jade rits. They dont attack.
10.Xuekao is possible to kill, just takes patience.

I'll update this build when I try to kill more enemies. Hopefully you like it

Swap spirit light for mend body and soul (faster cast, lower energy, faster recharge, no sacrifice (will kill you if below 10% hp)

or Soothing memorys for futher energy reduction

The Attribute Spread is incorrect, i cannot reach those values, i however used:

9 Healing (extra pip of regen)
7 Protection
14 (still gaining more per hit with same duration)
13 channeling

Still, a pretty simple and fun build

Yes. Doesnt matter, cuzs every hit you get healed 37 health

Too bad this can be done with a Rt/Me (Arcane Echo - Full HP).
It's more damage cause its echoed, and you can put your attributes to mesmer stuff if you want to. No need for 55's.

It's done much faster with vengful ritualist. I usually take on all kirins and undergrowth I can agro.

Mo/Me is likely a LOT faster for this, Arcane Echo + SoJ. Ubersoj.

Some people dont have a monk, dont have room for one. Also, some people may not be able to afford the runes and such. Sure, its only about 10k, but some people can't afford that.

Its done quicker on a vengeful ritualist than a 55 monk. If you aggro 4 groups you can kill almost everything and just kite until the ashes recharge. If you're good enough with a vengeful you should get 1-3K including farming those outside tanglewood

I do this easy with my default W/Mo axe build - I just have to stay away from the Rot Wallows but I assume you do the same since you didn't mention them.

u dont need hb up when vengeful was khanhei is on, cos as u sed u get healed for 37 hp wen u take 10dmg, u only need hb on for 1 duration of it, till vengeful was khanhei recharges, so its just about alternating between healing breeze and vengeful. So the fight should look a bit like this (using a few more skills tho) prot spirit, hb, wait 10 secs, vengeful was khanhei, prot spirit, wait for vengeful to flash, hb, prot spirit etc

hey bloodied if ya bored of 55 saying where they can farm you should try my monk build it does require 3 chars but you can farm everywhere in game even where they rip enchants even vortex elite missions (constantly having protection against ripping enchants) you do 80-132 damage everytime anyone hits you, degen spells etc no problem at all as you have 1200 health and spell casters get hit for 134 damage (10 secs) + 94 (single shot) every time they cast lol. And yup im not gona tell ya what it is lol, but have fun

Here's a tip for you then, Don't read them.

I for one thank all the people that are willing to share their builds.
A lot of the time what happens is they get some food for thought from others and we ALL end up with good builds that work.

Nice work and nice build, but you can do this with a regular vengful build.
No need to buy runes and another armor to get 55.
And as the OP said, try not to take more than 4 or 5 melee monsters together.

Why is this a 55 build? 330/600hp would do this faster and easier.
