Default New farmer with a few questions.

Hello all, I am new to this part of the forum as well as being new to farming. So, that being said, I want to get into farming and was wondering what profession you guys think is quite easy to learn to farm with. I am currently leaning towards monk and assassin. Also, any areas that are easy to farm, so I could just learn it?

Thanks in advance.

If you have a monk or assassin, just find a farming build and start trying things out, normal mode at first. Both are very good farmers.

If you already have some other class, look up farming builds on pvxwiki and you may find one for your class that can get you started.

Go with Assassin. Learn how to Perma sin (You can get the build by googling "Perma Sin") Then start UWSC'ing. I suggest like raptors or something first before you jump into UWSC but yeah.

If you chill at Doomlore Shore and watch the runs people advertise (which involves pay for a few to learn it), it'll help you decide what class/skills you need. Some runners make over 50k/run. Farm people, not drops.

Roll a monk and be a smiter for a while, advertise in Doomlore for a 600 and smite for him. (Learning how to 600 in the process of course) Then when you get a good idea, go and start 600 ing on your own.

If you're new to farming, then try monk, as monks have loads of different builds. whereas sin's are pretty much all about SF, and will require PvE skills, and to do decent damage you'll have to get decent rank in Ebon (for Ebon Battle Standard of Honor). For monk you can start 55'ing some undead things in kryta.
