are there any farming builds out there that can solo farm asterius the mighty consistently enough in HM to get his green scythe? ive been trying a perma-sliver armor build however he can hit through SF with zealous renewal, so i was wondering if anyone knows of a way to farm him.

Maybe you can try bring a self heal with your perma sliver, maybe even a bonder, I'm not sure tho.

You can kill everyone around him with H/H, except the boss, retreat, then flag your H/H away and farm the boss with spirits. It works well.

Green drop rate in NM is the same so you could try something there first (there's a vigorous moebiius detah blossom build that could work with some alteration).Perma slivering should work in HM,aggor as much as you can then shadowstep the boss.

Take Dark Escape and you should be fine. You'll kill him before he kills you.

You don't even need perma-sliver, I farmed him with my E/A.

If it doesn't have to be A/ then spirit spamming works a charm (just like it does nearly everywhere).

Perma sliver works fine...just take Shadow Refuge to outheal his damage while wanding him. Also go into the grassy area collecting as much aggro as possible before engaging him. More aggro = quicker kill.

Because you might end up with an elite tome along the way?
I used to farm greens only in HM with E\A and A\E, and HM makes sliver much more effective since mobs attack with an inherent IAS.

if you want a change of pace, a wammo auspicious riposter works solo vs any derv boss, and almost all sin and war bosses, hybrid grenths/riposter works against the rest

chance for elite tomes and scrolls + you actually kill faster because of the +33% inherent IAS of monsters + Asterius patrols faster and thus comes to you faster + why not?

I got the scythe yesterday (in HM) with a standard perma sliver with Dark Escape. Sliver targeted him every time, and he only ran away on a couple runs.
