I farm the area only for event drops but that’s in normal mode and with the old Troll Farm build. Anyway can I ask if you are running the whole mission or taking the fast route? Lots of people do not know that there is a path behind the building by Oink that goes right into major agro point down the hill. It is a fast run and can be redone quickly.

nice build. i used to farm this nm on derv and i used av. of balth as my elite. since he caused holy damage and helped you move fast. xD

I used to do this with my 55 Monk and never got any good drops. I didn't find it very worthwhile. How much gold do you make on the average run?

i'm pretty sure this is only done for the decayed orr emblems. you can trade them in for festival items at halloween and x-mas.
