Default Slavers Exile Solo as a Sin

Hey all,

I Decided to spend a few minutes writing this one up as I've been messing around with it quite a bit and it's a very fun run. I'm also sick of all the other people who run it refusing to let people die to watch tactics etc. I do NOT take credit for this - although I've always loved Slavers and been doing team runs there since EoTN launch, there are many others who were soloing Slavers before I even bothered trying to figure it out. The builds I use though I did come to on my own with a lot of guesswork and a ton of attempts. I am not going to list every detail here... but give bar and basic tactics. All bosses require an essence for the builds given. For the a/me bar, conjure nightmare is optional. If you'd rather, you can use another pve skill or something else from the domination line.

Enjoy,
Sacratus

Justiciar Thommis (approx 5 minutes)
Most of the people "running this" do it as a VSF. Much faster than anything else I can come up with. What I've been doing is bringing aoe damage heroes and then doing it as a VSF (in NM with an essence it's pathetically easy. You can run any standard perma bar. You don't need iau for NM. So I have been using the same bar I use to solo Rand to save on the essence.

Rand Stormweaver (approx 5mins) - Bar: OwVVESROGf8ZiHRnhF0GcrRDwEwlBA
Run straight to Rand at the end of the dungeon. Make sure shadow form will not need a new recast right when you aggro. To aggro the group, cast empathy or ether nightmare on the distractor. Watch for it to use choking gas, and use cry of pain to interrupt that. Keep the dwarves balled up and degen them to death with ether nightmare + CoP, using CoP to interrupt choking gas every time the distractor casts. Channeling + shadow refuge spam for energy. Empathy and conjure to boost damage on the important targets - I typically cast on the monks, summoners, and distractors. The dwarves will degen out, if you are good all at the same time. If not they'll res up but just bear with it and they will all die except Rand.

Once Rand is alone, aggro a group of the wolves on the hill. Have them ball on you, keep rand at a distance. Use all your degen skills and empathy on recharge, which will kill him quickly even when he has troll unguent up.

Selvetarm - (approx 10mins) same bar as Rand.
Run right to the key, grab it and then run to where the door to Selvetarm's room is closed. Walk right into the crypt wraiths etc there, degen them out using channeling for energy. After you've killed the few groups that pop there, some crypt slashers pop. As they degen out, run back down the hill. The touchers will pop then. Get them just inside your bubble, walk back slowly so they ball while wanding you. Degen them out with ether and cop. When they die, one last guy spawns, killing it opens the door.

Run right onto Selv and start using degen skills. I focus my empathy on the summoner as death nova really can hurt. Degen the group out pretty easily - spam shadow refuge to keep alive through any death novas (I like to back up as they are about to die, or spike the summoner first). You can aggro side groups of wraiths etc to feed channeling while you finish off selv with empathy and degen.

Forgewight - (approx 10mins) Same bar as Rand
Run directly to where the Dark Watcher pops. Aggro the forge imps, pull them back into a ball for channeling. Kill one of them (degen and empathy), then walk into the center of the room to aggro the watcher. Pull him back, kill, grab the key. Then run to where forgewight is, stopping to get the shrine on the way.

Forge's room has two distinct groups. Grab the one he is NOT in first. Be careful of flame djinns - it is hard to tank more than 3 at once. Kill that group with degens, empathying the important targets. Then aggro Forge's group with a hex on the distractor. CoP his choking gasses as always, degen out the entire group. I suggest empathy on forge as he has by far the most hp. otherwise you get stuck with just forge left and energy becomes tricky (zealous dags help)

Duncan - (approx 5mins) Bar: OwZTkY/8ZiHRnBZ4rKXkHaCC3BA

I've posted this elsewhere... but just for completeness...

Run straight to Duncan's room, using dash and dcharge to keep the touchers at range so they can't kill you. When you get to Duncan, aggro the 6 touchers on the platform with him, run away from Duncan so that they all run towards you. Walk around, dcharge onto Duncan. If done right, all the touchers will be wanding instead of trying to use the touch skills. Then glyph of lesser, EBSoH --> stoneflesh --> sliver. Do that like 3-4 times and he dies.

Thanks so much for this. It'll keep me busy for a little while.

What extra cons do I need for HM Duncan? From my last attempt, Essence + Cupcake + Dash didn't break the touchers but I made it because of the touch skill bug that has since been fixed. On second thoughts, maybe I used Red Rock Candy instead of Dash. :/

Not so sure about rand, there is a group of modnir nearby sometimes and the monk comes up to heal rand's group, and knock you down. Any idea how to stop this?

in NM, that modnir breaks if you run all the way to the top of the hill. I've never had any issues with it once you get by it. You could drop a summon stone if you were still having issues.

I was using cupcake and essence for duncan. Also sometimes use an egg and grail but unneeded. Dash + the cupcake will break all the touchers that spawn before the big room at the end. Dcharge onto Duncan when all the touchers are not standing on him and then they will give up trying to touch.

this isnt some 55 monk killing griffons.

this actually takes a tiny bit of thinking and "skill"

random nubs wont be running this and prices wont change at all.

The 600 dungeon and perma dungeon builds for arachni, darkrime, etc have been out for a LONG time and yet the prices are still very high and are in demand.

If sins wanted to solo slavers and had the capacity to do so they could easily figure out a generic build like this.

And no it doesnt piss me off because i do these things for fun not for the money id get that will sit in my storage gathering dust.

These builds are nothing special. A simple farmer has posted similar builds on these forums so it's not like "OMGWTFLOLUB3RH4X4L33tPR0F1TZ" so don't flame the man for posting builds that people have known about. Sac just threw em all together for your enjoyment/profitability.

Hired just because it is cutting into your profit margin doesn't mean you have the right to say the things you have. Atleast 3-4 of the threads in Farming today have been nothing but flames and troll fest. Grow up. And yes they are good builds and do work. Thanks for finally posting them sacranub. =)

you never really needed the bugs. you use same idea as duncan.

You keep your distance from the touchers so they wand and dont touch.

I just had a go at duncan I managed to make it to him but when im near there are lots of spirits trying to touch me and duncan is green so i cant shadow step to him yet I cant see anywhere to go without death resulting. also I find if i fail on the first go getting to him is then much harder as all spirits have spawned, about 20 cupcakes + wintergreen candy canes proved this to me. I find i am never using deaths charge either whenever im being chased there only seems to be touchers to shadow step to. any more hints?

Deaths charge to dwarf groups in general. And yes you are right that if you fail, it becomes basically impossible to get back to him.

When you first arrive at Duncan, run right up the platform. He'll shout "by the blood of the fallen" or whatever and 6 touchers will pop on the stage. 3 at the top of the steps, three to the right of Duncan. Continue to run away from Duncan on the stage, they will all follow. Then double back and dcharge onto Duncan, and the touchers will only try to wand you.

I'll try to get an SS up today - running Duncan prob sometime this late afternoon.

I wouldn't worry too much about this "Damaging" the economy as I can only see it minorly changing the price of the runs, which are hard in themselves to fill anyway.

I worked these out with help of a friend recently, it definately helps on Duncan HM to take a Red Rock Candy and Cupcake

People dont really seem to get how the dungeon running bussiness works...

This isnt droks runs where you see 5 ppl advertising at once and ofc ppl get lower and lower prices.

When your a sin and you go to doomlore and you see another sin running Slavers you dont start spamming your own add for 2k cheaper. You run something else or dont run at all.

This run is also not some rinky dinky half minded run. It requires an essence and a tiny little bit of skill. This deters most "noobs" from doing this run.

so i will be pretty suprised if prices drop and if they do its the work of some idiot who thinks "hey its public now so i guess i shuld runs for less, amiright?"
