hey, ive googled and searched here. just wanted to know some hot spots for my e/rt solo spirit spamming. last week i had great luck getting guardian moss with it, are there any permanent spots? oh, and i cant do raptor farms, my graphics card wont let me go out there =( , thanks!

You can actually solo all ecto droppers in UW with it in NM. Yes, even Aataxe or however you spell it. Just be careful at the beginning, you can walk through ghosts now so if you mess up, no wall but the spirits.

This build can tear through pretty much anything you can think of, really. Some things are easier than others, but in general - if there's something in particular you want to farm, give it a try and see how it works.

I farm the area outside Gates of kryta, loads of bogscales and mergoyls
Solo VQ it in about 15 minutes, 1-5 golds, ele/necro tomes, lockpicks,
a + is that the golds can be very tasty

Hmmmm, Gates of Kryta. I used to do that a long time ago too

Tried it again, result: 2 visits as N/Rt and not 1 gold, lockpick or tome :/

One thing that has beed over-looked here (Apart from 1 mention of a flatbow) are the weapon sets you need:
1. +20 energy Channeling staff (e.g. Staff of the Forgotten).
2. +15 en/-1 regen wand or offhand for emergencies
3. Defensive caster weapon and shield sets (+30HP shield and +30HP axe/spear/sword preferably w. + 5 energy).
4. Flatbow / Longbow for pulling.

As a Ranger, Necro or Ele primary prof, you can drop Resto Magic altogether and put the points into your primary attrib (almost as mentioned on PvX).

As a Necro primary I took hexer's vigor as a quick self heal and 9 points in soul reaping.

This, spirit rit of many variations can solo farm pretty much anythign in normal mode, and quite a bit in hard mode.

Easy to farm traveler items every week, green farming on green drop weekends for heroes is easy as well.

Only places you may have some difficulty is kurzick areas where enemies have consume soul. But with careful pulling they aren't much of a problem.

oh, wierd, i just did a run , 2 lockpicks, 1 necro tome, and 3 golds ^^ (Maybe im just lucky :P)
i use an staff with +20 energy and+5 armor(comm), +1+3 SR headpiece
12 Com,12 channeling , rest in SR, and its fine

As they say spirit spamming is pretty universal but I find it not so good against raptors, a mob of those will finish of your spirits pretty quickly and you too if your not careful.

the only reason people farm raptors is because it can be done fast on HM, no reason to use this for it if it isnt going to be fast. if your trying to make money farm Feathers and Granite Slabs.

yeah, it's pretty much dead handy for w/e the traveler gifts happen to be on a week-to-week basis. Always give it a shot ;-)

How much lower is the dps on the R/Rt SoSer compared to a Rt primary SoSer, and is energy ever enough of an issue to have expertise outweigh the bonus to health that spirits get from spawning primary?
