Default Best places for Rep farm?

So with the EotN Rep weekend coming up, I was wondering what the best ways to farm for points was. The last weekend I was here for was before the Ursan nerf, so everything except Dwarven was farmed that way. With no Ursan to plow through everything, what's the best way to farm these points (other than Dwarven)?

Yeah I figured Raptors would be the fastest for Asuran, I remember some near-vanquish thing in an area outside Rata Sum but I guess without Ursan that is a lot harder. Didn't know about that Norn trick though, thanks.

Not during double rep point weekend, 'coz points given for completed books are not effected.

As for vanguard re points, you can vanq Sachnoth Valley for a large amount of points. It is one of the hardest area though.

So by doing raptors you can farm more than .. say 30,000 asura points in around 3 hours? 10,000 per hour?

Well, you are right. You may probably not be able to collect that many Asuran rep points within an hour only by raptor farming. And raptor farming is much more boring, too.

But you may choose to vanq Arbor Bay. That also gives many Asuran rep points, and with the double bonus it may give more than 10k within an hour.

you get approximatley 150rep in a raptor farm, takes 2 min in total, with zoning back .

double reward means you get around 300 poibnts each 2 min
so 300 x 30 is how many you would get

Just read this on wikia, and am curious, why do you need to die and send in only heros? is it to avoid some spawn ins?

I'm curious about the Asuran points.

Is this weekend pointless only to just obtain Asuran (in my case)? since speedbooking can yield higher points? I can fill 4 books within 1 hour, at a leasurely pace.

@Fate Crusher ....... books dont matter. speedbooking 300(x150) pts would per mission. would be a waste. imo

ok now... *drum roll* my tricks *the drummers twist their fingers and mess this up horriblely* ah well

ok well for norn points i would vaetirr farm. For eles its a obi-ele.
For asuran i would raptor farm(preety much everyone knows this is the best xD)
For dwarven i would do secret lair of the snowman. Its preety much the obi ele like vaetirr but just replace the eart mantra w/ a frost one (and the armor affliated w/ it xD)
For vanguard.. i have no clue. I have never been available to farm this very well at all. I did manage however to get r7 from doing the tonic farm from wintersday.. too bad thats not around for double rep weekend.(lol vanguard would becomes a joke at 1,000 rep points every 1~2mins xD)

well i hope that helps you farm for this very special weekend ;D

You could just do speed books on any class using the guide on this page and get 15K-20K/hr or more. Yes, I know books aren't doubled.

Yes i'm already aware that books are not doubled for the weekend, that is why i'm asking this question. Maybe i didn't word it properly.

Is there any farm for Asuran points that yields higher points than handing in speedbooks due to the double points weekend?

As estimated, raptor farming can only bring in 10,000 points an hour and that's if you're quick and can bear the repetitiveness.

And if this is the best farm, then the answer is no, speedbooking is still faster for obtaining Asuran rank 10.

Farm Magus Stones over & over for Asuran points.
1 vanquish gave me like 25k Asuran points (Took around 1 hour 30) with Discords. ( 2 players, 6 discords)

Best way for Asuran points me thinks.

Doing this quest over and over gives you 500 Vanguard rep, 500 gold, 5 frosty tonics, 10 candy cane shards, and 5k experience every couple of minutes. Read through the walkthrough for the fastest way to do it.

Raptors for Asuran? lolz

best is to vanquish outside of rata sum(opposite of the raptors, forgot name)

Vanguard is to vanquish outside of Doomlore and go into the next area

not gonna do that maths? So you're saying 9k/hr. And that with a double weekend! Well then books are still faster, with around 18k/hr or so.
But anyway, that's pretty slow, with leechers zoning for me I steadily do ~50 sec runs. So on weekends it's definitely better doing raptors for the loot if doing runs this fast, but there's not gonna be a weekend for a long time now since there was one two weeks ago!
