HEHE yea I know exactly how that feels, was standing in Droks forever doing the same "WTB ZELOUS SWORD HILT" till it ran out of my ears. Everyone that said they have one wanted 15K or more. I eventually got one for 10K

Then a day later I saw on Guru Auctions a Zealous Sword and it went for 2K.
So maybe I can salvage the hilt and sell it again to make back what I had lost

to the one who asked about what way to go back to kill the abysalls and rangers. i do it like doing the chest run backwards. it doesnt trigger the groups like if u try going back through the beach.

Hi, im new to this build with my W/Me i can the first part ok, but when it comes to the first group of scales its hopeless there everywhere! nomatter how long i wait for them to shift they take up most of the space. ive been about 5 times so far and its always been horrible. im wondering if its just me who cant do it Oo i have read most of the other posts a few people have the same problem, but i never get a lucky spawn :S when the scales are concerned. any help?

Just run through the skales, they'll break off eventually if you're Sprinting. Once you've aggro has been broken, stop and use Healing Signet.

Whay! i got passed the scale, i took me quite a while... but i get to the spiders and ate them up nicley. dropped me 5 shards, and a saphire! ^^

/sigh I've been having brutal lucky at spiders, averaging 0-2 shards per trip. It started happening after I got 7 Shards in one trip 0.o

I find lately that the poison of the cave spiders are killing me before I can cast HH, seeing that it works for 10sec and has a recharge of 25sec. I usually activate as my health reaches the halfway mark, then it fully rechrage me because of all the hits but then for 15sec i have that massive degen and for some reason Live Vicariously doesn't keep up with it

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but from what I can see on the time trial video and what I'm doing there is no real differance, also what i cant understand is that I never had this problem before. (Could it have something to do with the new armor mods?)

Anyway what I wanted to find out from you lot of spider experts lol, is this: Once HH run out would it be possible to cast HB or do you think that the spidies will interupt that seeing that it has a 1 sec cast time? but from what I can see is that would counter the poison for another 10sec and then you would only have a 5sec compared to a 15sec gap where you are only being healed by LV.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Arangja: In a way you answered your own question. It would be a better idea to let your health get slightly below half; HH rockets your health up to full very quickly. And once its all the way full the rest is wasted essentially.

Yes I know that it does, that is why in the beginning I would wait untill my health gets around the half way mark. The problem I am all of a sudden experiencing is the 15sec after that, when HH is recharging. Usually I had no problem to get it cast again but lately I die just before I can cast it a second time

maybe switch frenzy for flurry so u dont take double damage (or are u already using it?)

Yea I did that already too, I always have Watch Yourself up, but one thing I didn't do yet that I might try tonight is remove the sup sword and put in a minor there just to see?

I had no problem with this build in the beginning and now I am struggling like hell. Dont know what I am doing wrong

ok look, try this, it worked for me when i first started wammoing it, when you get done pulling all 3 dryders, agro the the front where spiders start forming, take out the first group of 3 and run away, then go back in take out 1 or 2 more and run away, then take on the whole group once you get them down to 9-10, each time you start getting use to it, add more spiders to the last group until you are fully use to the wammoing and you find out exactly how many spiders you can take on, taking it slow at first is key, but soon as you get the hang of it, you wil be able to just charge in kill several, also keep note, that i dont think the wammo build can take on all of them, i usually hug the wall and kill couple before agroing and starting on the whole bunch, but like before, just practice a lil bit and usualyl when i use hh, i use it when im below 200 hp

Thx Xaero I will try it again tonight, maybe i'm just running in too fast and taking on too many lol. Damn thought I had it down lol, obviously not

So I will let you know how it goes

And when in doubt, craft some Legionnaires if you have access to it. The extra +10 AL couldn't hurt.

I already have Legionaires on my chest, but anyway guys I tried it again last night and it went fine, was able to clean everything out all the to the end of the cave. I did however take little breaks here and there with the first group, also I droped Balthezars cause I now have a zealous sword and instead of using Healing Sig like I think it was Xaero I used Healing Breeze, just a much faster casting spell and also works wonders with the scale. Then when I see myself getting in trouble with the 1st group of cave spiders I just break agro healup and then back in again.

Maybe I just started being way to impatient?

hmm, think spiders will interrupt ur breeze, but maybe it's indeed good for skales. tough, i like healing sig more.

Yea they do if you cast it right in the middle of them, however I also noticed that they only realy start interupting when you are below 50% & I mainly hide from them against the rocks lol thats helps a bit too, but mainly what i use it for is only for emergency, if I see that my health is going down too fast and I'm not gonna be able to cast HH, then I break agro and use breeze to recover faster. Also just gives you a bit of peace of mind knowing that you will be able to heal if you know what hits the fan lol

hmm, i dunno about you guys, but my drops on the spider runs really suck lately. I only get 0,1 or sometimes 2 shards each run and no goldies anymore... only those damn spider legs...
