I can farm all 9 ecto droppers in 4 minutes. Solo. (as /dervish)
And 6 ecto droppers (edge) in 1.30 mins.

So why should we use this way?

I did read the first line. And I expected an lame respond like that. I'm just pointing out that it's not an very effective farm. I didn't mean to troll. Sorry if I did...

@kratos922

This is the one for all ecto droppers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiKPvg2ovZo

The build for the ecto droppers on the edge is quite populair, and can be found on pvx.

(let heros do Recall on u..its a Assassin enchantment spell)

take Viper's Defense (more degre)
take Mental Block (it will stay up)
take Dwarven Stability ( longer Whirling Defense )

drop Purifying Veil
drop Unseen Fury
drop Way of Perfection
drop Throw Dirt

(I use Death's Charge to heal up)

ofc using pve skills is better, but i'm r0 on everything on my ranger and i got rad field just for this build. Also my armor is is just my pvp gear with survivor (blessed would be much better for this build)

i just wanted do show people that it's easy doable and might get something going...

never thought of using recall, ill try it later I know its sin enchants but i jst used the empty slot so i could remove DW if it was aqcuired, since i do take dmg with this build

Solo you're done in less than a minute and what you kill depends how well you pull.

Did a solo video for this in march: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRGl32hxzFc

You should care because he is being nice and sharing information. However, nobody cares if it's too slow for you or your humongous appetite for ectos.

I used the first build and it looks like it might be able to knock out the whole thing. It's pretty effective.

That's pretty cool. I did the A/Me ToPK farm where you kill the the 6 ecto droppers on the ledge. I got 6 ectos in a half hour. Good day's work.
