i've had Rubies and Sapphires whilst farming for Granite
from the Hulking Stone Elementals in Pockmark Flats although only 1 or 2 but also getting the stacks of Granite as well which is very sellable atm aswell |

I got a sapphire HM farming Hulking Stone Elementals just yesterday, plus a lot of granite, figured i'd put in my two cents

You can usually get a couple doing all the free chests in Nightfall.
