Default Naked Norn Farming

If you thinking this thread is about that, please get your mind out of the gutter. Naked Norn farming is a experimental version of a 600 farmer that a warrior/monk can farm with. Naked because you won't have any armor and norn because you are using three spirit spells. For years the Wammos were made fun of for mending frenzy... now we are butt naked fighting machines.

The build:
Strength 11+2 (for constant WE), Sword (or axe) 11+1+1, Protection Prayers 10

1. Prot Spirit
2. Spirit Bond
3. Warrior's Endurance
4. Whirlwind Attack
5. Standing Slash (or optional ADE attack) - don't use energy attacks
6. Drunken master (or flail)
7. Lion's Comfort (optional)
8. Balthazar's Spirit

Equipment:
The norn approve of swords and axes. Zealous for extra energy when attacking is suggested. Enchanting so PS lasts longer.
Unless you still have your starter armor (not tested) the norn approve of a helmet and some boots only with appropriate runes. The norn do not need any other armor.
The norn do not need shields. A protection prayers offhand is suggested for extra energy, but no -dmg inscriptions.
The norn suggest bringing a bow for pulling.

Use:
1. Start by using B's Spirit so you can get more energy when attacked.
2. Before attacking use PS and SB first followed by spirit bond.
3. Attack with whirlwind and your ade attack. Energy attacks are discouraged because of the high energy cost of keeping SB up. Avoid attacking more than 3-4 enemies. SB could go down too fast otherwise.
4. Use flail to increase your attack speed. Frenzy isn't suggested because it costs a lot of energy to use.
5. Use LC to give a quick ade burst to reuse whirlwind sooner.
6. ???
7. Kill things and profit

Counters:
Melee counters
Enchantment strippers
Enemy Heals
E-denial

Farming places tested:
Stone Hulk Farming (warrior boss can't be killed)
-to be updated with more places as testing goes on

I'm not sure whether I should be on the floor laughing or testing this out.

On a side note would it be worth dumping a few points into smiting to use whirlwind more often or is the adrenaline gain fast enough?

Too bad we cant tape on some runes on our beautifully symmetrical abs.
Would frenzy work over drunken master? so we can use armor for runes and still take lots of damage, for lots of energy.
Also +15/-1 offhand, since 1 energy pip is useless.

Haven't tested but it seems slow.
Wont be testing but cool idea....

Honestly, unless I see someone pull off a good run with this, I'm thinking it's more or less a gimmick build that works as long as you can keep attacking. In HM being attacked by 4 foes you've got about 2 seconds or so to get 10 energy. Plus you need energy to keep up WE and PS. For a warrior, that is crazy energy pressure. I mean I'd never try this for a smite run because even if the fear mes didn't sap your energy too quickly and you could walk away from a SoD, I'm not sure you'd get enough to use both PS and SB.

I mean you could take Bonetti's instead of standing slash or maybe flail, but I don't think that'd help you too much overall as you still need to keep attacking.

And adding points to smiting won't really help you.

Lichtenberg, yeah damage is a big problem with this build which is why you can't kill the one warrior boss.

I've seen something like this before
A warrior build to farm Ssyn Coiled Grasp using PS, frenzy and SB
youtube (it's from before the WE buff, in case you're wondering)
