Default Normal Elementalist Tome Farms

Yeah I've recently made a new Elementalist and find myself in need of some Normal Ele tomes. I've asked around and done some googleing and the only farms i've been even able to find are hydra/drakes in the crystal desert and the ice imps/ ice elementals in the Norn lands. If anyone wouldn't mind sharing their builds/ locations with me I'd be thankful.

Hello, I used the search button for you lol.

Normal Tome Farms [Areas+Builds]

The builds maybe outdated but some tweaking maybe do the job.

I used to kill Mergoyle Wavebreakers in Scoundrel's Rise and Nebo Terrace for their tomes.

Go with either a R/A or A/R outside Saint Anjeka's Shrine, have the quest a new escort in your quest logg and farm the dragon moss that spawn just outside.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9yJBPmy8Cw There is a video on a A/R doing it

[I Am Unstoppable!]
[Stormchaser]
[Resilient Weapon]
[By Ural's Hammer!]
[Vengeful Was Khanei]
[Vengeful Weapon]
[Radiation Field]
[Troll Unguent]

WS 12+3+1
Restoration 12
Expertise 3

I use pyrebound armor with a major vigor and attunement (or vitae) runes
Droknar's Restoration Scepter
Sheild with +30 handle and +10 vs fire inscription
Dwarven, Asuran and Norn are at r10

You shouldn't ever run out of energy as long as you are taking hits from the imps. Stormchaser is constantly maintained at 16 WS (21s vs 20s recharge). You can aggro as many fire imps as you want, just be sure to alternate between [resilient weapon] and [vengeful weapon] between VwK downtime as they will cancel each other out. Maintain troll and try to keep mobs together within aoe of radiation field.

Note: with active WiK quest(s) it can be a bit annoying because the NPC outside LA will want to follow you - they disrupt aggro, just slows the killing a bit is all but still annoying

PS: also, the dragon moss oustide St. anjeka's shrine is a great place for ele tomes (and gold rare shields - namely, echovald)...however, I use an updated R/E barrage build which kills just as quickly (but more drops) as the whirling defense ranger build (run avg <2 min)
