Default Farming SOLO help

been trying to get my sin back to solo farming...besides vaettir and using heroes for raptor...even though raptor farming absolutely sucks! ive been testing builds that friends helped me with but none of them work, looked online and youtube but nothing...either they dont work for an assassin or just nerfed. ive been testing builds on my own for about 3 months before the holidays. does anyone have any ideas?

i just wanted someones insight to farm solo:

hidden city of ahdashem NM/HM
Graven Monoliths in the ruins area in sulfurous wastes
solo bosses
Elite Rit tome farms

any other good fun farms.

really thought they taught reading at a young age....

1. Don't be lazy.

Before making a thread, do as much as you can to help yourself. It is unfair to expect other people to spend their time helping you when you haven't spent any time yourself. If you make a thread and it is obvious you haven't done so, it is highly likely your thread will be closed. Threads that state 'Can someone tell me some good builds', or something to that effect, will always be closed, as this information can easily be found elsewhere. It is expected that you look through the online resources and search (both manually and using the search function) through the forum before making threads.

Some resources you may find useful include the Official Wiki, the Unofficial Wiki, PvXWiki (for builds), the 'How to Make Money' thread, YouTube (for tutorial videos), the stickies in each subforum, and possibly the FAQ in the Questions and Answers forum if your question is more generic.

In addition, if you haven't been successful in finding what you need, give us as much information as you can. Information such as which campaigns you own, whether you regularly play with a friend/family member, specifically where you're having issues, or whether you play in any way that would somehow influence your question. This helps people address your problem as specifically as they can.

2. In build related threads, post a build.

For the most part, threads that request people to just post builds will be closed. An acceptable approach would be to post what build you're running/you have in mind/found on PvX and ask for improvements/changes. If you have no idea where to start with builds, you can find something on PvXWiki. For people who have limited skill selection (because you do not own certain campaigns, choose not to use PvE-only skills, or whatever other reason), you can either post what you've got or find something on PvX that looks adaptable, post that, and see if people can modify it so you can use it.

AND

3. Posting generic questions.
Reason: This is where someone makes a thread with little more than 'I need a build for this', without making any attempt to help themselves by searching or posting any information about themselves like profession/s or campaigns

really it is right there

edit:nice to read that citing the rules for closing a thread makes me an idiot

well let me rephrase this...ive already been dong it, ive been testing each of the areas ive mentioned above for 2 months before the holidays and i couldnt get anything to work...obviously ive used my common sense and looked around on the net...but just assuming that i didnt do this make you a real ass...help me out...throw some ideas...all i asked. so before you throw a retort in to make yourself seem like a smart wanker that THINKS he knows what hes talking about....dont

still kinda new to the "rules" of gwguru so bite me

2 up really explains the 3rd one

the rules are still the rules. and by my account your still looking for a build. if you read the rules i posted you would see you cant just ask for X build for X farm/place. you need to post your build so we can help assert its strenghts and weaknesses and help you do that. And really, i could start a thread right now saying i've been trying to test builds for there for 7 months and then come on here asking for a build. so without one this thread should be closed.

So, i suggest you give us your builds that didnt work and we try to ajust them, not just spoon feed you stuff.

and just to be helpful, i don't think its possible to do the city just by yourself, even with cons. in my exsperience of helping one of my DoA friends he's needed a bonder to stay alive while farming the city. So the city isnt really farmable solo.(this is a understanding that you assume solo is the only character in your party.. not others who think "solo" is h/h)

as per the boss farming http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:N/Mo_55hp_Boss_Farmer (i can tell you looked around ALOT)

cant help with graven monoliths but im assumeing your doing it for LB pts(if not ignore the next link) http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Lightbringer_rank
shows u a route to take while farming LB(3rd one down.. right after "The Desolation")

and unless the boss farming page on pvx has been changed since i last read it it includes a way to farm a rit boss, who farm elite rit tomes.
and you do have more then 1 chracter slot

Question 1: What are u gonna farm in the Hidden City of Adashim?? Djiins?? they are really hard to be solo farmed imo....they apply burning and paras got angelic bond and self heal which make them really hard to be farmed.

The only possible build that comes in mind is with 2 players: one bonder and you can maybe try a build with SF and wastrel's worry and wastrel demise and empathy...visages could help also...

I don't really think it's possible to farm everything...dervishes and paras are really hard to farm...
