I don't have vid capture software on my comp...sry. As for the items...bonder uses +3+1 prot headpiece and rit uses +3+1 channeling headpiece, zealous enchanting scythe, and thats pretty much it. Tbh the only semi-difficult part is learning where to flag heros. After a few runs you'll have that down pat and the runs will become second nature.

On the W/A Survivor build what is the skill order that you have to do them in and what exactly do the monks need to do

Well the monks bond you 1st thing...the your casting order is deadly paradox->shadow form->enraging charge. Grab aggro (keeping in mind that bonders have to be flaged w/in radar) and wait for aggro to settle on you. Once they settle you can start using lod and rad field. While mantinaing SF, deadly paradox will disable attacks...during this downtime use rad filed and lod....then once that runs out use your attacks.

Once you get more profficient (sp?) you can micro eoe on your hero for 3min runs.
