Gold Jeweled Chalice (inscribable from EoTN) with HS gave 57 Dust, it will also give Granite.

332g Gold +12 q10 Insp Butterfly Mirror with HS gave 62 Dust

82g White q11 illu Stone Chakram without HS gave 21 Granite, with HS = ka-ching?
edit: 55g Blue +11en q11 Illu Stone Chakram with HS gave 40 Granite

Got 110 Scales off a purple Jeweled Staff with HS inscription on it.
Got 87 Dust off a gold Majestic Focus with HS inscription on it.
Got 43 Iron Ingots off a gold Hand Axe with HS incription on it.
Got 15 Iron Ingots off a gold Skeleton Shield without the HS inscription (should have tested with it but didn't want to get bones)

Tried to get Rubies with Ruby hammers (x2) with HS incription on it : got around 45 granite slab when salvaged both...

value is a big part of the amount salvaged save your inscrips for 300+ value stuff. a starfish/conch worth 300-400g will get near 150 dust compared to a 200-300g item that will get around 80

Does anyone know if there is a linear relationship between the value of the item and the amount you salvage from it? Or does it jump at the 100g thresholds? Theoretically a 400g+ item could salvage into a stack of materials.

Has anyone every had anything near that?

Idk bout the linear relationship.....I have never had any salvages hitting the 200 mark or over

i want to say the highest ive had was 179. im not positive but level req may play a part in it. its been a long time since i really payed attention
