As was already said, you have already passed the point where you will get the maximum rewards from GW2, so there's really nothing to whine about. If you don't like the grinding aspect, just roll a bunch of new toons and play the game for fun; that's what I do.

As far as money goes, I'm in the camp of just playing the game and the money comes your way. The time to farm is really during special events. Unfortunately Wintersday is passed but I was just knocking out Snowball Dominance and ended up getting 4 titles relatively easily (Vanguard, Drunkard, Sweets, and Party). Just like life, just be patient, save up your money and you'll be shocked at how wealthy you end up just doing normal stuff. Expecting immediate income of millions of gold without putting in lots of work is ridiculous and unrealistic. If that was the case, everyone would do it and gold would be absolutely worthless (gold can only have value in this game if there is a certain level of scarcity to it).

Posting "Game is Broken" is just lame BTW. It's not. If people were given avenues to max out the HoM with minimal effort then it WOULD be broken.

Personally, from the miserable attitude of this young fella, I would say replies are wasted, posting his QQ in the Farming Thread seems a bit of a troll effort. Some people go into games with such poor attitude, and think everything should be handed to them, 3 months of game play, and he expects to catch up with YEARS of gaming... Seems to me the lil guy is just a poor sport, and a whiner.

The game in its entirety is not meant to be easy by any means to "complete"... and is certainty not "broken" when your referring to the ez or rewards.

The only reason people are still playing this game is because of the "ridiculous" amount of time it takes to complete... If this game was easy, everyone would be done with it in a month and guild wars would be a dead game.

The rewards that effect game-play are surely casual, you don't have to grind anything in this game that you could view as a need, only select titles... and titles are not necessary for you to have by any means... you have all your items, if the game is no longer fun stop playing.

To continue you are going to need a more patient attitude.
My Suggestions to you.

Finish the game play:

If you have vanquish, dungeons, missions, ect left to do... do those first over farming or power-trading... save your money...

Farming:

Farming...Not something I've done personally for years, but does not mean its not effective...

I would tell you to stay away from feather farming... Its laborious, repetitive, everyone does it making it a competitive market that will consume to much time to sell your product, and there is more effective things you can be doing with time...

Focus on speed clears, to do this yes your going to have to talk to people, and as scary as it might be find a guild that does these often and is willing to teach you.... You can make plenty of ecto, shards, and armbraces doing Fow, UW, and DoA speed clears.

Power-trading:

My income production method of choice... The ol' buy low sell high...

Stick to different forms of current starting off such as ecto, z-keys, and arm-braces.... These are popular and always in demand, and also can be retained for long term investments if you learn that there will be a future update effecting the "farming" or "demand" of these items.

Minimize the effort required of you.... Use auction sites to buy and sell.... these sites are useful for finding items that are below market price that you can resell at a profit in game. They are also a great way to sell items that would otherwise be time consuming to sell... Use alternate accounts to trade, if you have a another account, it can be used with multi-launch to trade while you do other things you would rather be doing on your main account.

You can not win them all.... There will be times where you will lose money on trades or did not get full benefit form a trade... Learn when to cut your losses and move on to the next opportunity... its not always about the end dollar amount but time/effort effectiveness as well.

Socialize:

The design of this game would be broken if it was a single player game... but its not there is great benefit to be had by cooperating with others towards your goal... There are people out there willing to help you and may even provide you with some income assistance.. and generally make the game more playable.

Buy Multiple accounts option:

Not something I generally condone or feel its worth real money but seen people do this to the effect it trumps anyone's power trading gains on a single account.... Buy massive amount of accounts, buy/farm traveler gift items trade for gifts, and resell at a price that more than doubles the cost of investment for the trophy items. There is nothing in the EULA that says you can't do this.

Stay Legit:

If there is anything i learned in my 6+ years of playing Anet will get you for breaking EULA... you may get away with it for quite a few months or even years, but they will let you compile massive amounts of evidence before they ban you... and they will not have mercy for botters, RMT, and hopefully soon syncers.... so don't do these things if you want to keep your rewards.

I hope some people having trouble with gold will find this helpful... good luck out there.

U spent 3 months...playing. You want 50 points now as of this RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing moment? How about you're new, you haven't been playing for 6 years. I don't feel a bit bad for you. If you want the higher tiered shit in HOM counter then SPEND THE TIME others have had to getting them. You're not entitled or guaranteed anything other than if you like games this was a fun one. Its not totally dead yet, go HavE FuN and dont bitch.

Vanquishing will get you lots of cash. The best tip of all, always pick up all the drops.
I have seen so many people that always pick up 78 gold in a full party ( split by 8..) but they never pick up a white/blue weapon drop or even a purple. Thats is cash dedicated to you.
