Default Secret Lair of Snowmen

Not sure if this belongs in PvE or Farming section... although it is farming rep...

Anyway, I've been wondering if it's possible for a warrior to solo this place in HM. I've been looking on this forum, google and youtube for a build, but mostly find ele or assassin builds.

I'd do it on an ele or assassin but I want the title on my warrior. I have heard about VwK but could not find a build with it. Can anyone help?

Ummm, if you're just farming the rep, why don't you bring heroes?

Or are you simply looking to make farming rep challenging in addition to being monotonous at the same time?

You do not have to solo the mission. Do it with a full hero party and you will get the same amount of reputation points.
It is a fairly easy dungeon even in HM just bring some fire eles along and a MM. The snowmen are ball friendly.

I know it's easy with a party, as a warrior, im normally going in first, so get tons of 50's on me, and and i die a lot... which is boring

Also solo'ing it, there's better drops so I can ID more stuff and salvage etc

Protective Spirt + Shield of Absorption will make you invincible in any area without heavy enchantment removal. Just have a hero precast them on you before you charge in.

Protective Spirit is not as useful if at all in Snowman layer since most folk will have ~500 health or more and almost all packets of damage are 50 or below Its the shear quantity of hits that kill folk, So yes SoA is good or any skill that blocks there normal attacks or reduces damage directly comes in handy the union spirit also helps somewhat in this dungeon.

As a warrior you could bring whirling along and heroes with splinter weapon, when they ball up which Im sure you know is quite often using whirling can be quite fun lol just get used to pre casting SoA on you before you take the initial agro also taking 2 copies of SoA helps.

As others have said there is no real point going solo for this dungeon since the only gain would be a slightly better drop rate, since the foes give no xp and you get the same number of points if you were with a full party.

Edit: Just to add a Panic mes makes the snowmen stupidly easy since they are so tightly balled normally and there snowball skill is a spell makes for a lot of interupted snowmen lol. Hope this helps.

Edit 2: As a warrior you have no real options to block there spells so no way of soloing the dungeon either, for example you will be kded and dazed a lot in the later mobs. Also VwK would not heal you enough to cancel out the 50 damage from snowball.

what about taking shielding hands and SoA with self heals and some aoe? It could work early on, but later in the dungeon with the turrets and the floor spout thingies, I doubt I'd survive :|

Just ball them and 100b them fast, could be hard - but might be possible if you take some defense skills.
