Hi all, I'm pretty new to the game, however i just got vabbian armor on my first and only char. I've been reading a lot about using a Rit to farm the chamber and labyrinth for ectos. However, my only character in the position to get into the UW is a necro. I've looked at the Any/Rit build on PvX and was wondering what runes and such should i put on my set of armor? Also, PvX recommends getting a +30 energy staff so I went and got Bohdalz's Fury. I've been watching vids on youtube however, I'm kinda worried I'm gonna get slaughtered. Any help would be great! Thanks.

UW solo farming can be a bit intimidating and the chances are you will die a few times just getting used to the place.

Once you figure out how the mobs path etc you will be fine.

I solo farm it and as far as insignias go i use all radiant insignias.

Keep your shadowsong spirit at the back of the group of spirits as this spirit has the lowest hp and will get attacked first. Shadowsong is crucial to keep up for as long as you can, because it blinds the foes giving them a 90% chance to miss with thier attacks.

Hey, i was in the same boat. Finally caved and made a Rit with the sole purpose of farming UW with.

I run Rt/N using this build
Painful Bond
Pain
Shadowsong
Bloodsong
Signet of Spirits
Enfeebling Blood
Armor of Unfeeling
Boon of Creation

Spawning 12+1+3
Comminung 11+3
Spawning 8+3
Curses 4-5ish(cant remember exactly, enough to maintain EB)

obviously you'll need to modify this slightly for a N/Rt but i think it would still be possible, also drop shadowsong for Vampirism(i just dont have a high enough ss rank for it to be worthwhile) Once i got used to where the popups are, and what to pull where(spirit placement is a biggie) the run got real easy, real quick. look out with using conditions and hexes. The smite crawlers have smite hex and smite condition which can really take care of your of spirits quickly

Also when they smite hex/condition they will heal themselves and sadly theres no way round it - if you do by accident then prepare for a longer fight.
