Default Ranger goes farming

There is high probability that I'll need to farm for extra money (for party/sweet/drunkard titles), the bad (most likely) thing is I only have Ranger who does stuff with 7 hero team. Probably the best place to go would be solo UW for ecto, but now here comes the question is there any viable R build for that? I've found this one:

X/Rt Spirit Farmer

Would it work? Or should I farm something else for best profit, or even invest in some other profession rather than trying farming on ranger?

I also have lvl 20 ele, 17 monk rest are 2-3 (made them for extra storage), however only ranger has access to all places in the game with fully geared heroes. Thanks for any tips.

The build you linked is a good all-around solution, but more specialized builds may prove better at each individual task. If you're using that build you can jump around and farm anything that sounds fun at the time, but it will take you a long time to get the ~300 ecto needed to max those 3 titles.

Rangers are pretty good at farming the forest in FoW (http://gwpvx.gamepedia.com/Build:Rt/..._Forest_Farmer listed in variants here)

Rangers can handle the various feather farm locations as well, the build you linked is fine for the later-game locations but the factions starter island farm that is pretty popular would probably be better done with a faster build.

Rangers can do the old Dragon Moss farm, and as long as plant fibers stay high in price that may be a consistent farm. There's also a lottery element in Dragon Moss because they drop uninsc shields and weapons that have potential to be worth a lot of money. But don't get your hopes up, the skins they drop have been overfarmed pretty heavily and only the really special drops(mostly shields with perfect mods) are worth a lot.

A real problem you'll encounter is that solo farming just isn't terribly effective any more. If you're trying to make the money to max out all 3 of those titles it's going to be a long ride solo farming. group-based farming is far more valued now because anything that can be soloed has had 11 years to accumulate in the economy as the items people farm when they need money, plus anything that can be soloed can be botted and..well you see where that's going.

You could try learning Shards of Orr speedclear - a few alliances do them regularly, pugs even form in vlox falls occasionally, and rangers make up at least 5/8 slots in most.

SoOSC is a lottery praying for a BDS and I would not recommend doing only that run. You will get angry after 100 runs pass and you don't see a BDS, but it's also pretty fun to do and there's that chance you will get a good drop and just be done with the titles in an instant.

There's also UWSC, which rangers are great for, but it seems like less UW groups are forming now and while it's still fun and worth doing you will again probably get frustrated if you're trying to farm consistently towards a goal.

Ultimately, my advice is that you should consider just playing the game with a money-oriented goal set. Keep your ears up for SoOSC, try and learn UWSC and do it, maybe farm the forest in FoW once a day or something. When events come around farm party/sweet/drunk items for yourself from Vaettir or raptors(ranger can do both, ele can do vaettir and is my personal choice for that) until you can't stand it any more then just take a break. You may not get the 3 titles over night, but you'll save yourself a lot of headaches. Those titles don't take an insurmountable amount of money but I think it's just a little too much to solo farm without going crazy.

Thanks for both replies! I'll probably use ur tips, i might also accumulate some money as I have two norn titles to max (need 20k in both) and almost entire Tyria vanquisher, so maybe it will bring me to the titles bit closer.
