I need some help making this build, i think i got the basic's covered but the only problem i see is the H. Sig for self heal, i normally play W/Mo + W/N so its a bit scary for me. Anyway here's what i got so far...

Weapon: "shocking"fellblade of"enchanting" (For Conjure Lightning and to increase its duration.)

Armor: 15K Glad's (Duelist's Helm) + Tanzit's Defender.

Attribute's: (200)

9 Air Magic,
9 Strength (8+1), (My shield requires so im trying to sell it to rid myself of this)
15 Swordsmanship (11+1+3),
9 Tactic's (8+1), (For the Healing Sig.)

Skill's:

Shock,
Conjure Lightning,
Beserker Stance,
Sever Artery,
Gash,
Final Thrust,
Warrior's Endurance, (I'm Not to sure about keeping this at all, hoping you'll show me a better one.)
Healing Signature.

Before I offer some suggestions, is this for PvP or PvE?

Small note about your shield. If your trying to replace it. Look at collectors shields. They have a variety of stats. One of them should match your shield with a tactics requirement.
