you can always try a shock axe or hammer kd build, and if conditions are bugging you, try w/mo and stick in purge conditions

you can try this shock axe build:

16 axe
13 str
3 air

shock
eviscerate{E}
executioner's strike
critical chop
flail
purge conditions
dolyak sig or optional slot
rez sig

I know how to play a warrior probably better than you could ever imagine but the game has moved on the warrior hasnt!
Clarification:

Use thumpers to pressure.
Use warriors to spike.
Use warriors to solo (NPCs).

Simple version of it.

More complicated version of it? Look at your freaking team build.

DEEZAJEEEBAHA?!

Nothing like gimping yourself in PvP....

Seriously, that has better be a troll post. That build is bad bad bad BAD. Where's your cancel stance to get out of Flail if your target decides to kite?

Use this Shock Axe build:

Axe Mastery - 12+3+1
Strength - 8+1
Tactics - 9+1 or 10+1
Air Magic - Rest of your attributes

Eviscerate [E]
Executioner's Strike
Critical Chop
Shock
Frenzy
Rush/Sprint
Healing Signet
Rez

^thats a good build. recommend bring sprint if you are uncomfortable so u can cancel easier.

if your more into the wammos stuff lol I came up (sure other ppl have used it) with a really fun Alliance Battle build. I found a 15% enchant sephis axe so i had to be a wammo >
16 axe
9 str 8+1
10 healing

think it was like
Dismember
Executioner's Strike
crit chop or pene blow
furious axe
tiger stance
Vigorous spirit (the one the lasts for 30 secs i might have the wrong one)
Healing Hands ( SOOOOO much fun in ab)
Your choice/rez/mending touch.

this build has nice damage and really good heals when your taking a beating, really nice when killing those damn mms never seen so many 21s >_>

wouldnt recommend this in any other pvp lol I only ran it once but theres nvr any mesmers that acually kno how to use shatter enchantment.

As far as using frenzy you should seldom use it except for spiking, If you over frenzy guilds(or teams in HA) are liking to pick it up and you'll be toast. At the first sign you start taking dmg as a spike cancel frenzy as fast as you can...
And try playing a War in something else besides RA, I've never played war in RA but I hate it anyways. not much of a point.

If you like sword builds quivering blade is a fun one to use, or the new nf elite cant thing of its name... crippling sword? gah dragon slash is good too.
Hammer, Dev hammer is your friend, or a fun build is the steady stance desperation blow.drunken blow build.

always remember WAR doesnt = Tank in pvp
they deal the highest dps WAR = Heavy Pressure

If you play real pvp, you don't need self heal, unless you're splitting.

I don't even really like shock axe anymore. It just doesn't pack the punch that teleporting warriors, dervishes, and RaO thumpers have.

I think this is mostly refering to RA, so self-heals are fairly important.

In light of that, I'm not as fond of shock axe in RA because it excludes the option of condition removal. Instead, I usually like to play a W/Mo or W/N hammer, which is a pretty nice balance.

Hammer 14 (12+1+1)
Strength 9 (8+1)
Tactics 11 (10+1)
Protection 2 if W/Mo

Devastating Hammer {E}
Crushing Blow
Furious Blow
Frenzy
Healing Signet
Rush
Mending Touch or Plague Touch
Resurrection Signet

You've got good dps, ability to spike with KD, self-heal, and self-removal for conditions. I prefer Rush to Sprint in most hammer builds because running 4 energy skills on 2 pips is usually too much.

Try this build:
W/A
hammer 14
Strength 9
Tactics 11

Devastating Hammer
Crushing Blow
Fierce Blow/Thrill of Victory
Frenzy
Dash
Healing Signet
Shadow Walk
Res Sig

Build up, teleport, smack down, dash to return and cancel frenzy. Its pretty fun. IMO, if you dont have to use any secondary with your warrior, run W/A and bring dash as your cancel stance. It is SO FUGGING GOOD!

i wont be caught in any situation in any build without a self heal of some kind. without self heal the simplest of degen will kill you extremly fast. what happens if you have bleeding and poison on you and your down to 100 health? youll die is what will happen. unless your in a coordinated team with competent monks, youll follow orders so healing wont be a problem. other than that, self heal is very important.

@samcobra: The problem with using Dash is that it won't allow you to do consistent damage to kiting targets. You have 3 seconds in which to close the distance and get in a hit or two before you're back to normal speed again.

I'm also not so sure about Shadow Walk. If you use it for telespiking, you can't use Frenzy or else it would cancel SW and teleport you away again. A spike isn't much of a spike without Frenzy. I'd replace SW with Death's Charge if you want to stick with the assassin secondary, or just use the build I posted.
