Default Looking to improve my Axe build

I've been using the following for a very long time now:

[skill]Cleave[/skill][skill]Dismember[/skill][skill]Penetrating Chop[/skill][skill]Cyclone Axe[/skill][skill]"Watch Yourself!"[/skill][skill]"For Great Justice!"[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill][skill]Rebirth[/skill]

Attributes are:

Axe Mastery 16
Tactics 11
Strength 9

Fairly simple to use. Use FGJ and Cyclone Axe (combined with a Furious mod) to build up adrenaline quickly, and then go nuts with the cheap adrenaline skills (which is where Cleave comes in as opposed to Eviscerate - I could never get used to having Eviscerate take forever to charge up because I'd be using other adrenaline skills too).

While it does the job well enough, I was thinking perhaps there might be something that could still be improved.

Question. When GWEN is released, there is a skill called Keen Chop that basically does a critical hit on demand for 3 strikes of adrenaline. Would a critical hit do more damage than Penetrating Blow/Chop which has 20% armour penetration?

Imho, FGJ+ cyclone axe is overkill for adrenaline building, especially for low adrenaline skills.

Plus you need and IAS, and possibly something to run. Flail or frenzy will do the job, and rush can cancel them and make you run to kiting mobs.

Keen Chop doesn't seem really good as with high mastery, you'll already crit often; it has no bonus damage which means low damage vs high armor/high lvl foes, and it will be an adrenaline eater.

Yeah, it's decent enough.
It just needs more Flail.

Oh, and tbh - Keen Chop doesn't seem too promising. The +dmg of another attack skill will likely amount to more over time than a crit, especially given higher-armour PvE mobs, and the already decent crit rate at 16 Axe.

Flail - check. But what could I switch out for Rush?

EDIT: I ended up ditching Watch Yourself for Rush, but I just realised that going secondary Assassin for Dash could also work.

Personally I'd put Executioner's Strike in there instead of Keen Chop
