I don't know about you Dante, but I auto attack for a solid 60+ on fleeing targets.

No you can't.

You are correct your health will spike some, but in reality your health should never be below 50%. In the time you swap to a 20v50 weapon your backline will have healed you back above 50%. In PvE there is just no excuse for health to drop below 50%. Its the same in PvP. On a split in PvP if your health drops below 50% you really need to pull out or you are about to die. At stand play if your health drops below 50% you are either going to get a large health infusion (putting you back above 50%) or you are going to die.

15^50 will trigger all the time, so consequently it is superior to all other +dmg mods that give 15%. 20v50 will never trigger, so consequently it is the worst +dmg mod to ever use.

The only weapon you can reliably milk that extra 5% out of are the 20^hexed, but again only if you know you are going to be sitting around with a useless hex on you for a good time and then swap out when it wears off.

15%>50 is the best IMO. Or if you are that desprate you can bring a 20%<50 weapon.
