Not irony. Rits as a class have more variablilty than eles of course but when they do a certian thing their not good at doing other things at the same time.

They(rits) have to go dmg , healing , or prot. theres no such thing as wards + nukes + a heal party, that anywhere near effective and good to use.

Like a said, rits the class, versitile, rits the build, very limited in roles.

Well... Xinrae's Weapon is the ultimate anti-Necro Spike tool.

Recovery actually isn't that bad. I've noticed a lot of conditions being tossed around so far in Elona, and recovery helps out the ones myself or the monk don't have time to remove their condition.

Anguish is nice with Painful Bond, just gotta keep track of how long Anguish is up before I use Soul Twisting on it.

I disagree. You can mix and match wonderfully with a Rit. You can dish out damage, heal, and offer party support much better than an Ele. The only reason Eles ever got stuck spamming Heal Party is because they have a ton of nrg to absorb the cost. Eles are very straightforward in their builds, the only somewhat flexible build will be the Blind Bot/HP Spam one you mentioned. On the other hand, the only straightforward build Rits have is Spirit Spam, the rest is mix and match. Rits work best when they mix and match.

As for the pushing Rits towards physical damage, I think the push is for Paragons, not Warriors, or Rangers. All the skills that push for blending Rit primary with a physical 2ndary can benefit Paragons. If you haven't noticed Rits and Paragons have a lot of synergy, esp. in the partywide support department. There are numerous comboes, I'll just point out that Wep Spells + Paragon attack skills, and Spirits + Shouts + Chants work very well together.

Speaking of how awesome rits are, I'm loving Gaze of Fury... alot. I use it to replace destruction so I can continue spamming away with my skills and when destruction recharges, I can move forward, cast it again and spam skills while Spirit of Fury adds in some damage from behind. Its really nice.

Oh, did I mention it can be used on enemy spirits as well^^? A very nice way to saboutage a spirit spammer by having one of your own there.

I tried a combo that they mentioned on GW.com before Nightfall was released with the 'skill previews' they were doing.

[skill=text]Anguish[/skill] + [skill=text]Painful Bond[/skill] + [skill=text]Signet of Might[/skill]

My Spirit was doing up to 100 damage with each attack, and combined with other spirits in the vicinity as well, enemies were dropping like flies.

I only tried it properly in the Zaishen challenege though. In RA it was a bit harder to do, as people wouldn't just sit there and take punishment, they'd run away and wait for the 10 second lifespan imposed by Signet of Ghostly Might (Signet of Might- its been renamed) to run out.

Use Gaze of Fury on the Anguish.
