Default Rits with obsidian flesh?

My ritualist shinji cu is my favorite character and although he is constantly outnuked by eles, i am determined to find a way to beat other spell casters. I personally think that rits can rack up alot of damage when given the time, but without knockdowns and interupting channeling skills, i am constantly being hit by meteor midway through spirit rift. I dont know much about spell breakers, but i was thinking obsidian flesh would bide one enough time to take out an ele before they do. Im a noob at pvp so i dont know much outside rit skills. Thanks for any tips you can give.

You're having trouble outdamaging an ele???

*sigh* use this:

16Chan
13Rest
3Spawn

Echo
Destruction
Gaze From Beyond
Spirit Burn
Lyssa's Balance
Essence Strike
Mend Body and Soul
Resurrection Signet

If you die from using this build, then the problem is your playstyle, not the profession.

thatsw taken form the point of PvP or RA in which case if you have to rez the said team twice there's little point in rezzing at all.

If the problem is being hit by knockdowns (particularly area knockdowns like Meteor), Obsidian Flesh/Spell Breaker may not actually be what you're looking for - they just stop you from being targetted, but you can still be knocked down if someone drops a Meteor or Dragon's Stomp on the guy standing next to you.

If you're having problems with knockdowns, Ward of Stability may be what you're looking for. That still leaves you with looking for something to deal with other interrupts, though, which could be where Obsidian Flesh can help.

What about a rit with air magic. It would be air magic against armor, and channeling vs mages
