So, Soul Twisting...? My 15e Bindings are still costing energy.

Actually, they are costing exactly 10 energy, did they screw up the discription?

The description states it lowers the cost of spirits by 15 to a minimum of 10. It'll save your 15e bindings 5e to summon.

I compared Ritual lord to Signet of Ghostly might with communing spirit's.
And SOGM is better
Ritual lord: the +4 atribute means about +5 damge
SOGM means +9 (@12) +33% IAS
The only pro of RL is the recharge, and I don't care about it.
With Summon Spirit's it's easy to move around.

And ST is better for defensive spirit's.

+1 ^

It seems like Ritual Lord's niche is for absurd channeling numbers, not really so much for offensive or defensive spirits. It's just a nice coincidence that it works well with whatever spirits you decide to bring.

Also keep in mind that a 33% decrease in attack speed delay means twice as much attacks from your spirits. It works like any other IAS. (for those that are too lazy to click his link)

Even the straight-forward solo-spike (cast DWG, wait for cooldown, cast Spirit Rift, wait half a second, cast Channeled Strike, double-drop DwG) is very efficient now, and leaves loads of bar space.

[Ritual Lord][Spirit Boon Strike][Summon Sprits][Armor of Unfeeling][Spirit Spihon][Displacement][Shelter][Signet of Creation]or[Union]or[Great Dwarf's Weapon]

Let's take a look at the math:
Displacement has ~600 health. Damage taken per block(75%) is 30 with Armor of Unfeeling. That means it will block 20 hits before it dies. The sprit will also gain ~100 health every 5 seconds and ~50 health every 3 seconds. Displacements recharge is also 22 seconds should it die from 20 blocks + 22 additional blocks from healing, for a total of 42 blocks.

Also~! Displacement's block rate is 75% meaning to get around 42 blocks off, ~52 attacks would be swung. But also you'd be gaining extra time to heal your spirits so let's say it's needed around 60 attacks within 22 seconds for your sprit to die.

Energy is not a problem. Tested it even without Signet of Creation and worked perfectly.

Default Protection Build

I tryed a few minutes ago, a modification of a protection build (OACiAykMhNZ984EOBN5MRDexBA) in DOA and really I be impressed, go alone in NM, without heroes and the mobs of city take a long time to kill me. The build basic run Soul Twist, Shelter, Union, Displacement and armor of Unfeeling and can provide a huge protection for all party. With one or two monks, could be awesome, but I didn't try it yeat. Guys, enjoy new modifications and go on ^^
Could be really fun ^^

I am a big fan of Jack of All Trade type builds, so here is my shot at a build with the new skills:

Channeling: 12+2+1
Resto: 9+1
Spawn: 9

Painful Bond
Signet of Spirits
Lamentation
Renewing Surge
Spirit Boon Strike
Mend Body & Soul
Feast of Souls
Flesh of my Flesh

It's done pretty well in PvE. PB+Lam and then SoS is some nasty quasi-AoE damage. Stack Renewing Surge on the one you want to go or targeted by the spirits and it goes down nice and fast. MB&S, FoS, and FomF are nice back-up heals/support.

Thoughts?

I'll give that a try, but SBS was nice since I didn't bring Summon Spirits for healing, and the new version is almost spammable.

Has anyone ever put together a good Jack of All Trades build for PvP, or is it just not possible?
