1) Your selection of runes is fine; however, you could easily trade down to a Minor Marksmanship. Due to the way weapon damage scales, the Superior is only netting you an extra 7% or something like that. It is up to you whether or not you think this is worth the health penalty.

2) For rangers I prefer full Survivor insignia. Full Scout's is good too, but the mix-and-match idea doesn't really cut it. Pick one or the other.

3) The bows you picked are suitable, but there is a small problem. You cannot add another inscription to either of them; they only have room for a bow grip (the suffix). Look for upgrades "of Defense" or "of Fortitude."

3) Wilderness Survival does not need to be that high. It boils down to personal preference, of course, but I typically run only 3+1. It gives you five pips from Troll Unguent, and the duration of Apply Poison is more than enough to recycle with successive attacks.

4) You have the right idea with your build; condition stacking is one of the ranger's strengths. That said, carrying three different preparations is not the way to do it. You can only have one active at a time, so at any given moment two of the skills on your bar are rendered useless. I would keep Apply Poison and ditch the other two. Then you can get rid of the signet also.

Burning Arrow is a great choice for your elite. Screaming Shot is another solid addition, replacing both Hunter's Shot and Melandru's Arrows.

Lastly...no interruption? Distracting Shot and Savage Shot should be staples on your bar. Learn to use them; they will become your best friends.

Marksmanship 12+1+1
Expertise 12+1
Wilderness Survival 3+1

Burning Arrow
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Screaming Shot
Apply Poison
Troll Unguent
[utility]
[resurrection]

You're running three preparations. They only cancel each other out, so really more than one on a bar is a waste. Interrupts are an absolute must--most of the time its one of your responsibilities as a Ranger. Make sure to practice with them a lot so you get good at it too. The build October Jade posted would be awesome for you; and if you have max armor Istani Armor (and you do), you aren't very far from where Burning Arrow is found.

Speaking of your armor, as long as it has 70 AL, its the best a Ranger can have. The energy stats and +30 vs Elemental on it are not variables. Personally I use Major Marksmanship/Major Expertise/Minor Wilderness and believe it works great.

if you want poison and bleeding... May i suggest a build for you then
so here goes

R/Mo
9+1 marks
9+1 wilderness
12+1+1 expertise
2 or 3 Prot

poison arrow
savage shot
distracting shot
barbed arrows
natural stride
mend touch
troll ungent
rebirth since youre doing pve

with that said you can spam poison and bleeding on targets and give them -7 degen. if you want you could take out natural stride and put in toxicity and maybe bump marks down to 8+1 and put those points into beast master but dont put a rune in it. then with toxicity you have say what -10 degen i think? and yea its easily spread about since poison arrow is 1s recharge and 5e...

insignia-wise i would go radiant on the mask gloves and boots and survivor on the chest and leggings. since with the above setup if you follow it you have one more rune slot and you can go either vitae or attunement up to you.

bows:
just go with a long bow for pulling
poison recurve bow 15^50 +30hp
poison recurve bow +5e +30hp

and that should be good
have fun

Thank you I couldn't find a stright ranger build (no secondary) for Bleeding and Poision (might try to change to Posion and cripple if anyone has some suggestions). I'm actually just starting out and with nightfall it shouldn't be too hard to reach my goals. I think I might be getting the hang of it hows this?
Arcing Shot for my pool
Pin down to cripple
Apply Poison for the prep
Hunter's Shot for the Bleed
Burning Arrow for some fun in the sun
Screaming shot when it gets close
Lighting Reflexis and Troll Unguent for my protection
P.S. I don't PVP or PUG (no one likes me much look at profession to the left lol)

Listen, your ranger thoughts have a bit of confusion. First, sup runes have 2 uses of merit. 1 being to eek out the 7% extra damage, but the second is the most useful, imo. The 2nd is to maximize versatility when using builds that are either energy heavy or using spells to increase damage.

[skill=big]Prepared Shot[/skill]

Prepared Shot at 16 marksmanship returns 10e on every attack, where 14 brings in 8 energy. In the case of this elite use, spell casting becomes viable with the use of this elite at maximum marksmanship. 3 attacks under apply poison net back 30e while prep shot is at 16 marksmanship where 14 marksmanship brings back 24e, yet, I don't recommend using it to be a makeshift spellcaster. Using this elite with concussion shot will make for a solid energy management based attack build with high energy maintenance/high damage output as well as caster shutdown.

If chosing between screaming and hunter's, I will always go with Screaming. Always causing bleeding compared to bleeding them if they are moving says it all. PTS vs Apply depends on what you are facing. If you can spread the poison among fleshy enemies, apply is your prep of choice, if in a place like Temple of the damned or even D'Alessio, then PTS works fine with another prep that can be used more regularly. Still, no one mentions Sloth Hunter's Shot? Arguably the most damaging bow attack EVER? This should be on ever ranger bar. Who doesn't want to pop someone for 100-135 pts of damage?

Arcing Shot is only useful if you can speed up its flight time. Read The Wind cuts its flight time in half, making it the only prep useable with this attack. I never cared for lightning Reflexes. It's a personal dislike, not a lack of seeing it in use.

[skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Screaming Shot[/skill][skill]Savage shot[/skill][skill]Burning Arrow[/skill][wiki]Sloth Hunter's Shot[/wiki][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill][skill]Throw Dirt[/skill][skill]Resurrection Chant[/skill]

This is a build that screams killer! Swap to prepared shot to keep the damage up while using easy e management if you find energy to be a problem. Burning+Bleeding+Poison= GG., yet prep shot makes the build maleable/flexible. The name of the ranger game is flexibility. Sup runes makes for greater flexibility, but if you're having trouble with the -75hp go with major marksmanship so flexibility can be maintained. Since you play PvE Only, then the -75/-35hp won't get you killed as regularly. The ranger's place is in the center of the group, as will be indicated the moment you equip a bow with the henchies/heroes.

Alot more can be said about being a ranger, but I've said enough.
