The way I see it, these are the pros and cons to using antidote signet instead of mending touch.

Pros:
1) Removes up to 4 conditions at once
2) Cancel casting is free / costs no energy
3) Non-spell interrupts are the only ones that will affect it
4) Does not require monk secondary
5) Faster recharge
Cons:
1) Doesn't heal you at all
2) Slower cast time
3) Could possibly only remove one condition
4) Can not be used on allies

Seems to be pretty even for both mending touch and antidote signet. I believe, however, that #4 on the cons list tips the scale in mending touch's favor.

I have explored a few different builds since the buff, flourish ranger, the old cripshot-blackout and regular brutal glass spike and still really miss mending touch. The healing is nice, it activates a little faster and it clears wounding strike (that's a biggie). Helping your teammates out with a touch here and there in AB and arena is also a huge plus if you don't have a monk or your monk can't clear conditions. Clearing daze from your monk with mending touch is also a huge asset.

I think it's pretty unanimous that mending touch is the better condition removal. However, whenever running a build that's not /mo, antidote sig is now much more useful than before.
