Here's My Idea
Expertise: 12 + 1
Precision: 9+1+2
Earth Prayers: 9
Equipment:
Radiant Armor
Vampiric Recurve Bow/Hornbow with +5en or 15^50

[Expert Focus][Sundering Attack][Penetrating Attack][Vow of Strength][Hunter's Shot][optional]["By Ural's Hammer!"][Asuran Scan]

Optional
[Air of Superiority]
["I am the strongest!"]
[Pain Inverter]
[Triple Shot]
Of course they don't work very well with discord hero's that need conditions to be spammed but only few mob survive to the first wave of arrows.

It require a lot of energy (i have 35 ~ 40) but 13 in expertise and expert focus helps a lot (air superiority).

I know that there are a lot of build with prepared shot.

13 Isn't a breakpoint for Expertise, 12 and 14 are though. Because of this, you would be better served with a new attribute point spread.

11+1 Expertise would still cut your cost in half
10+1+2 Marksmanship would boost your damage
10 Earth Prayers would increase your damage from the elite

However, as noted, the damage from VoS requires your target to have no conditions, and conditions are extremely common and useful. You could run a similar build with a Elem secondary with a Conjure and take Glass Arrows for the elite. Build I use a lot, and enjoy is:

[glass arrows][triple shot][dual shot][asuran scan][conjure frost][savage shot][distracting shot][optional]

The optional varies a lot based on where I am. Rez, or another damage boost (spirit or PvE skill), utility (Antidote Sig, Lightning Reflexes, etc.), or even an Asuran Summon.

you can do it as ritualist/ranger with [spirit strenght]
but you need to be a rit for that.

For 10 energy attack yes but for 5 energy it is a breakpoint.
I've two 10e attack and one 5e attack.
I run your build before but it's slow, very slow.

Agree with [Savage Shot] but its damage is conditional to interrupt.
[Keen Arrow]is great but is slow.

The second build i posted in this thread go well with discord for incredibible spike.

But we must wait till the skill update

[Marksman's Wager][Penetrating Attack][Sundering Attack][Power Shot][Precision Shot][Ebon Standard Battle of Honor]["By Ural's Hammer!"][Asuran Scan]

This is basically needed a recurve bow to avoid to missing attack.
The 3 pve skills increase damage.
The attack is basically to fast cast attack to avoid heal.
Savage shot can take place instead of Precision shot.
Take care between 6 second to be without marksman wager.

Not sure that I'd use [["By Ural's Hammer!] since its duration is conditional and its recharge is long. [[Air of Superiority] might be decent for occasional recharge reductions and nrg returns. Other than that, the build needs an IAS.

Given the cost you impose on your team ("no conditions, guys, mmmkay?"), the damage output isn't nearly good enough.

All the attack skill have 1 sec cast.
They don't need IAS.
The Attack recharge fast so i don't need Air.
I try it on Borlis HM and it work flawless.

Yes I abbandoned vow of strenght.
